The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because it evidently wasn't "made to order"! I received an alert from UPS that delivery was the next day and at same time I received a message from Winkbed that the mattress was starting the process of being made! I wonder if I got a mattress that someone returned?!?! I notified winkbed of this issue but got no response!
Also, when mattress was received there was no cutter or directions on the box. When I cut the outside plastic off it immediately started to expand, much to my surprise! As I had no help I really had to struggle to get the second layer of plastic off as it continued to expand!

The website says I had to subscribe to text messages in order to save $300. So I subscribed and was given the code SLEEP 300. When I input the code I got an error message saying I needed to input a valid code.
The website did show a price crossed out and the actual price was $300 less than the crossed out price. But almost all online pricing does this every day, even when there's not a specific sale. This is why I expected an additional $300 off. Also, if the price listed after the cross out was the $300 off price, then it is very disingenuous to claim someone needs to subscribe to text messages.
The mattresses came quickly with good instructions for set up
When the bed was delivered the box was already ripped wide open which I didn't like. The plastic was still around the mattress or I would have sent it back.
It was easy, although the frame arrived after mattress and the mattress cover and I wondered where it was.
The shopping experience was straight-forward and simple.
It all happened as planned. Mattress arrived and I unpacked it on the bed frame and it inflated. I used it that night and was pleased at the comparison with my old mattress. Many of my pain issues began to abate the first night. I weigh about 170 and ordered the medium firm style queen. Happy with it after the first week. The annoying part was request to insure delivery in good state. Have never run across that money grab before. It was optional, but since they brought it up, it seemed wise to do the insurance. Another little nick was some environmental fund, not optional to my knowledge.
It was easy to spend my money on this website! Sleeps two!
After researching mattresses I picked Winkbeds. It has the firmness, side strength I wanted and is good for side sleepers. It was easy to find what I was looking for, and FAQ's were helpful.

Great service - foundation quality is terrible. The bed is great. Just would not recommend the foundation - the joints didn't match up and I had to unscrew everything and readjust.

I have only had one bed in my 54 years that did not hurt me and leave me stiff, sore, and with low back pain in the mornings. I now have fibromyalgia too so figured pain was just the way it was going to be for me with any mattress. This bed is absolutely awesome!
It was delivered when expected. Placed on the spot of the old mattress and removed the shipping materials. It looks good so far and my wife has been enjoying the comfort and sleep. I am sleeping OK also but am having some back stiffness, which I hope is temporary.
