It was quick an easy. We had researched you product from The NY Times.

It was easy but I didn't like the pressure of a timer on getting my order completed. Also, I didn't like the "surprise" ERF fee. I called to ask about it but the office was closed.

I have only slept on my new mattress for two nights, but so far, so good. I have never paid so much for a mattress in my life, so I hope it lives up to it's claims and that it will last a long time. The purchase experience was easy and it arrived in just a few days. The mattress is very heavy, but unboxing wasn't so bad with two people. I like the fact that once the mattress is on the bed it is ready to use. You don't have to wait hours or days for it to expand, and there was no funky smell requiring lots of airing out.

Meh... First impression when it was out of the plastic was "cheap". I know they need to finish rising, but the material/fabric seemed cheap. After a week of sleeping on it, I can't wait for the 30 days to be over so I can send it back. Sleeps like a mediocre hotel bed. There are places where I can feel the springs in the mattress when laying on it and it isn't even close to soft even though we purchased the softest model.

Too early to give a review on that yet and I will do so later.

The website experience is fine but nothing outstanding. I've had no trouble finding what I need. Mattresses are made to order, so you have to allow some time before they ship, but they do tend to arrive a bit earlier than the two weeks estimated by the site. You receive emails telling you when they begin construction and again when they ship, after which it's only a couple of days.

Wow was this a very frustrating experience! The box of the bed arrived damaged, I was told it was fine and to open it and try it out. The bed had many, many issues. The top part of the bed was misaligned by many inches with the bottom part of the bed. Seams were also off centered. This was a manufacturing problem which was very obvious just looking at the bed so I'm not sure how this was send to me like this. After taking many pictures and emailing CS (CS is your best friend until there is an issue then they are short and rude) many times, I was offered another mattress and I guess I was supposed to pay for removal and disposal of the damaged mattress myself as they did not offer to pick it up! The mattress was thin, not a soft as described, you can feel ALL the springs digging into you back (this was the soft one too!) so besides how I was treated I did not want another one, why would I look at how they sent the 1st one to me. They had nothing to say to me about the feel of the bed. The pictures online make it seem that it's all foam for 5-6 inches where the polkadot fabric is, IT IS NOT. THAT'S ALL SPRINGS this mattress has no padding! It HURTS where the springs did into you your lower back the back of you arms. They asked me my height and weight to make sure I wasn't "too fat" for their bed! Yes, you read that right. I was in range for this bed yet it's this uncomfortable. So this is being returned. Save yourself the time and energy and go somewhere else.

Love this mattress! Easy to order, came quickly, and just a great mattress.

We haven't slept on it long enough to rate the bed. But so far so good.

You really shouldn't have a length requirement for my experience. If I don't care to elaborate, you shouldn't push the case. I had a nice description of how easy you made my experience, but now I have to have x number of characters so its not going to be as pleasant. Please politely learn to take a win, and not push to irritate your customers.

First time buying a mattress over the internet without sleeping on it first. The experience was just as described. The mattress arrived on time and WinkBeds provided a very informative video that showed the unboxing and set up process. Would recommend the EcoCloud Hybrid mattress and WinkBeds. Skip on the platform foundation, though. Not well constructed, and not returnable.

Great experience. Bed is firmer than expected. Still trying to decide if it works.

Pretty straightforward buying experience - no kitschy complicated quiz or gimmicks, just 3 different options that fit most people. My caveman brain is pleased.

The Luxury Firm mattress we received first was jut a bit too hard for us, so we ordered the Softer mattress to see the difference. It's only been about a week on the softer one so far, but it's looking like that one will be the winner.

Winkbeds is a great company and very easy to search and order from the website. Customer service is awesome.
