We looked at on line mattresses for king size beds and we decided to go with WinkBeds. Our first purchase of a mattress online and we are still adjusting to it. It is firm as promised and as of now I am happy with it

Would have given 5 stars except, web site indicated a 4-5 day delivery if ordered right away. Actual delivery was two weeks plus. Had to write to get any updates.

I never really liked our Casper. It was too soft, too hot, and had even less side support. About a week in with our wink plus. And the separation makes all the difference. Foam alone always felt like uncle fester's bed. An enveloping quagmire of softness. I always felt like my heaviest parts pooled to the center. The wink is much more responsive. The coil's bounce supports and responds to separate loads keeping my back aligned while the foam topper allows enough sink for my wife's hips. Edge support is phenomenal.

The only reason I don't give give stars for my overall experience is due to the condition of the shipping box and more over due to the mattress being rolled upside-down. Otherwise all went very smooth.

We are waiting on the room to be painted before assembling the base...

There is no winkbed store near us so purchase was done based on online reviews. My wife and I agreed mattress is comfortable but not as plush as we anticipated. We replaced winkbed mattress with a spring mattress; not much difference in both of our opinions. We were hoping for a more snuggle sleep feel from mattress. Should we consider the soft?

Website kept crashing at first but otherwise ok. Very comfortable bed that has helped my back pain.

The referred back pain in my hip got so extreme I had to get a steroid injection which helped but the pain was still very uncomfortable and interferred with activities of daily living. Now, after sleeping on a couch for six months, I've been sleeping in a bed for two weeks on my new Luxury Firm mattress and, so far, it's been excellent. At last I can sleep through the night, thank goodness! And fill the bird feeders. And sit long enough to drive to the grocery store and shop for a few items. Still can't walk for half a block but can walk the paths in our backyard. Although the mattress was expensive, so far, it's been worth every penny and I'll be mentioning it to my pain doctor.

Except for the $9.95 we had to pay extra for environmental mattress fund we are satisfied.

The mattress was very easy to order and it came quick!

I have EDS which gives me a lot of lower back problems. I purchased this mattress specifically for the pressure point relief, however it is by far the most painful mattress I have ever slept on aside from futons and motel beds. I am super disappointed.

The bed is fantastic and customer service was very responsive!
