Great bed! Back pain gone in just 5 nights. Fast shipping, easy setup.

Ordering the bed was easy, but it was weird that the platform was not an easy add on purchase, we had to click off the cart and search for the platform.
All 3 items we ordered came in different days and I got different shipping reminders which was confusing, I never really knew when try bed was coming, haha.
Biggest disappointment was the mattress cover. Very plastic feeling and not breathable at all for me.

The shipping box was torn in several places, but fortunately the platform was not damaged. It definitely provides a firmer sleeping "exoerience" than did our boxspring.

Good and bad. For a purchase as large as this I would appreciate more control over arrival of components. Moving to a new place, I wanted mattress protector early so I could launder before use. Frame showed up before I had keys to apartment. UPS 2nd floor doorstep delivery far superior to FedEx, who left my bulky, awkward frame outside my apartment building.

The mattress arrived quickly and was super easy to get into the house and unpack. We're into week 2 of having it and we're loving the feel of sleeping on it

Shipping and delivery was quick and excellent. Only been sleeping on it for four nights, too soon to tell. So far so good.

This was our first experience with a "mail order" bed. The fact that we are going to buy another on should tell you how pleased with first one.

Easy to order and I like the bed. I only wish I could have tried it in a brick & mortar store before I ordered. Even though they have a great trial period, you order a lot on faith because you still have to dispose of your former mattress or hold it during the trial period.

Good experience buying the bed. Delivery was quick and the bed matches the description on the site. A very good experience from ordering through delivery. Set-up was also a breeze although the mattress is HEAVY, but, that's due to the quality.

My overall shopping experience with Wink Beds is good.

I spent a lot of time researching mattress until I found winkbeds wish I came across it sooner. It took me about 10 minutes browsing the mattress types and some reviews and just decided to go for it. The 120 day return helped too just in case. I have a few herniated discs and learned I need a firm bed rather than the soft foam beds I'm used to and are highly advertised. It took me a few days to adjust to winkbed's firmness but I kept thinking, is this real? I'm on a cloud, I got the firmer model. It is so thick that any movement I make, the mattress stays in place and keeps its form. I think this will be a game changer for my back and I feel the firmness will help with spin alignment even if I sleep on my side. Hope the firmness lasts a while. I've haven't considered spending this price on a mattress in the past but so far I think I made a good investment!

Easy to order and lots of information on site. Surprised with environmental charge not mentioned until after order was placed.

I love the beds and the customer experience. It's helped me so much with my back pain. I've ordered two now :)
