All went as promised. I ordered online and it said it may take 2 weeks, but I think it arrived in 5 days. I set it up by myself and we slept on it that night.

Wonderful. Very comfortable beds and easy set up. Delivery was as promised on their website. My hip and back pain has disappeared. I couldn't be happier. I will be recommending Wink mattresses to my friends and family.

Very good experience! There was a small problem involving tracking numbers that customer service resolved immediately. And there was a minor issue with the platform assembly. All the legs should not be screwed in place followed by the two side brackets. Two of the legs needed to be screwed in after the side brackets were placed. The leg/bracket problem was easy to figure out and overall the platform assembly was quick.

The bed itself was easy to unwrap and roll out. The bed was a bit too firm for me but 3" of memory foam and the mattress was perfect for me.

Not responsive. Asked a question about the bed when we received it and never received a response after multiple attempts. Luckily the issue resolved. Terrible customer service experience. Let me know if you need email traffic.

Easy to order bed. Bed was delivered in a timely fashion. Bed is comfortable and well made. We are still waiting for our old mattress to be picked up as is required by CA law and for which we paid the required fees. I have contacted Winkbeds and have filled out the request. Hope they will follow through on this final part of the transaction.

First night of sleeping on it was a dream. I'm so glad I purchased this bed.

All questions answeredWe are blessed, maybe we should try the regular mattress but seems like a wast of time. I imagine the protector is good just haven't tried it long enough. We got two protectors accidentally so we will be returning one.

My experience lived up to the other reviews I read before purchasing the Luxury Firm Queen mattress.

Excellent experience from purchase to delivery. Very communicative

To me, Shopping experience INCLUDES total experience from Purchase through to Delivery. Purchase phase was 5 star - delivery 1 star, giving you average of 3 stars.

Please rethink the requiring a signature upon delivery. It did not work out well whatsoever:
- estimated delivery was over a week after purchase, which is fine; predicable but manageable.
- beds came in few days after purchase totally unnanounced; since nobody was home, it was rescheduled for a couple of days later.
- couple of days passed, and I arranged to be at home all day just to sign; they didn't come at all.
- few days later I get email that package was delivered; I happened to be home all day, yet packages were simply dropped off in front of house with no signature required.

This begs the question - if delivery vendor can drop off package without signature at anytime, then why are you requiring signature innfirst place, causing undesired coordinations by taking days off just to be present to sign for at the end all to be futile effort.

Box initially refused by carrier because it was damaged. Mattress delivered unboxed though wrapped in plastic that was filthy. It had been stepped on with dirty shoes.

I have not opened it yet. I need assistance with setting up and won't be able to have that for a few weeks.
