To order was easy, but picking the bed was an educated guess. Your most requested luxury firm is what I ordered, very soft on top firmness underneath. I'm still trying to decide if firm enough. Was delivered earlier than expected. I'm pleased with the whole experience. Would recommend.

The tool to remove the mattress wrap was missing and assumed to have been misplaced due to the damaged shipping box. The adjustable base is easy to assemble and solid however we expected better materials and functionality based on the cost.

The top of the mattress is uneven, does not look like a flat surface, the middle is raised. The edges are not $#*! supportive as advertised. Will give it some time for an adequate trial before making a decision to return it.
Mostly perfect. Should be able to select Split King instead of selecting Twin XL, adding to cart, then adding a second to the cart (or going to cart, upping quantity and having to hit update). Could have a better process.
