Purchase was easy… but not happy with the bed. Cant return for 30 days.
Firmer bed is just what I needed. My back is so happy.
We researched best beds for couples with back issues and wanted very little motion transfer, as I am a light sleeper. This bed delivers! And speaking of delivery, it came faster than anticipated! Bonus.
Box came crushed and wrapped in factory grade saran wrap.
Good so far. Box the bed came in was a little wet, but thankfully the protective seal it came in kept it from getting damaged.
Order and follow-up experience were excellent. I was a little concerned after unrolling it that it was a queen instead of king, and called to check after hours. It expanded fully after cutting the bag and we enjoyed a good first night's sleep. I was immediately contacted in the morning by phone and email to be sure all was right.
Too early for specific feedback. Only have it 2 weeks.

I will let you know the actual mattress is, but the box showed up a complete wreck and I hope and pray what's inside is still in tact. Not to mention it's ridiculously heavy and they should offer some sort of White Glove service.
