Very good experience. Customer service was very responsive and helped at every step making the purchase and exchange very easy and hassle free
When I went on line the first time I missed the explanation of the types mattresses. Fortunately I picked the correct one. If I hadn't though, no worries, the 120 day trial is a great feature. The tracking was spot on so I knew where my mattress was every day until it got to me. Delivery was a breeze. I was very happy that I was able to sleep on it the evening of the day it came in.
Just disappointed in a product I'd bought before. Hoping it gets better with time. It did survive the journey despite being absolutely battered when it arrived.
Easy shopping experience, still deciding about the mattress.
Shopped around on the Internet looking for something that might support us (side and back sleepers) like a spring mattress without all the squishy memory foam that makes it impossible to move around. Also looking for something with a firm edge to yield more sleeping surface and make it easier to get on and off in the middle of the night for those midlife midnight pee trips. So far (after only one week) the King Luxury Firm WinkBed seems to be living up to all its promises.

The box arrived severely damaged. UPS attempted to put the bed back into the box and cover up the fact it had fallen out during transportation.

Bed is great, you guys provided. UPS messed up and delivered the bed to the wrong unit. We had to figure it out and retrieve it ourselves. Was going to order another but don't wanna go thru that again.

We have used many beds over our 30 year marriage, usually all memory foam. We always beds had different comfort levels, but had no idea how one bed could shed new light on comfort. We weren't overly impressed with comfort, immediately feeling the difference. But, the very first morning I did not wake up the usual tired way. I used to always feel like I didn't sleep at all. Now I wake up fully rested. Now I know what a proper bed should feel like. Thank you
