Easy, fast, professional. Even though it wasn't next day delivery, we were reassured of the exceptional quality knowing that our bed was being made after ordering, and not sitting in warehouse somewhere losing it's value.
I haven't needed to use the warranty yet, but the made-to-order bed came very quickly, within one to two weeks or so of ordering it! It came secured in heavy duty plastic wrap within a box, but it was very simple to unravel it. We had to keep it in the box for a little more than a week because we had issues with a different company shipping our bedframe, but it quickly inflated itself to its shape and integrity.
Very comfortable! I've had a better nights sleep since purchasing this mattress. My wife is happy it's bigger than our last mattress because I usually punch her in my sleep! But not anymore
Process was easy, but hard to understand what you're getting into when you purchase a bed online. The plush firm is too hard for us as side sleepers. Glad there is a hassle free return policy.
Ordering was easy. Customer service was friendly. I ordered late night on a Friday, it shipped out on Tuesday and was delivered on Wednesday, much quicker than I expected.
The fees really pissed me off. I had no choice to opt out of.
