The bed was made and shipped quickly. Setting it up was easy, and we were able to sleep on it the day it was delivered.
The bed was supposed to take 2 weeks and came much quicker and I was not ready for it so had to scramble. The email about how to unpack my bed came several days after I had received it so it was useless, bed was already unpacked.

Coordinated a stop in Chicago at Sandman Sleep and the Saatva Store. After trying out many quality online options, in person, we had a clear favorite - The WinkBed Softer King. We ordered the bed while in the Sandman Sleep showroom. The bed was delivered in under two weeks. It's heavy to move and set up but... it was worth it.
We've slept on if for a week and love it! No break in period, no fumes and just the right amount of softness for a couple who are both side sleepers. The mattress sleeps cool. Our prior bed was a latex queen and the WinkBed is a king. The large size has great motion isolation for us (185 lbs / 128 lbs).
The bed has exceeded our expectations so far!
Told it would be delivered on Saturday. UPS said that they didn't deliver on Saturday.

The queen luxury firm mattress was just too firm for me after using a Tempurpedic SOFT mattress for many years which began causing me a lot of hip and low back pain in the mornings after waking up. True to their word, the company sent me the SOFTER mattress as an exchange, and it immediately stopped my morning pain. It was the perfect amount of support and softness that I needed. The luxury firm mattress was quickly picked up at my request, and everything went smoothly as promised. Thank you!
