The bed is quality and comfort in one. Very easy to assemble and hard to get out of after a night rest.

Delivery was atrocious. Dumped in our front yard and my husband and I had to try and get it upstairs - we are both seniors - which was challenging.
Had it over a year and underwhelmed. It has a very basic feel and certainly not luxurious. If you are looking for very firm then you may like it but it is certainly missing the plush aspect. Over priced and over rated. You can certainly find far better mattresses at this price point.

Hi - still too early to rate the bed. The purchase experience was excellent except for the fact that it took four or five days to get a confirmation email telling me what the next step was going to be. During that time, i did not know what had happened to my order other than it was received. I was provided no information on when I would receive the bed. I ended up calling customer service to ask what the next step would be. Earlier and more complete communication would have been helpful.

We were surprised at how easy this bed was to set up.

Our bed arrived earlier than expected which is always appreciated when you're anxious. It's high quality and about half the price that we paid for our previous mattress.

Get the foundation first. Bed came pretty quick thereafter. Opened everything to begin assembly. Foundation had missing parts. Called and found that someone else made the foundation and Wink would have to contact them. I had donated my old things and didn't have anything to sleep on. Customer service said it would be ok to sleep on the mattress on the floor. I'm not putting a $2,000 mattress on the floor. Had to make other arrangements for 3 nights till foundation part came.

Shopping for the right mattress is daunting but the reviews helped me make a decision. The mattresses came quickly and both were well packaged.

Just got the mattress and testing it out. It's been good so far, but the edge support is not stellar.

I was hesitant to purchase a mattress online, but the mattress exceeded my expectations. The only regret I have is that I took this long to replace the mattress that gave me back pain every morning.

Mattress was very easy to set up. First night sleeping on it took time to adjust to a firmer mattress than our old one.

I received my new EcoCloud mattress a week ago to replace my old Sleep Number bed which had a low spot that didn't support me and was contributing to my back pain. An 81-year old retired chiropractor I know has the EcoCloud and loves it. I love how it supports every inch of my body and is truly like sleeping on a cloud!

I researched twin mattresses for our new Thuma platform bed. Winkbed quickly came to the top of my list. Especially attractive was its edge strength, because my mom, for whom we were creating a temporary bedroom, has trouble getting up and down. She's 89. My husband and I are so very pleased with the twin WinkBed. And we can't wait to find out what Mom thinks of it.
