I ordered mattress, and received three emails from maker as each step of my mattress was reached. They took so much time to keep me informed as to my purchase that when it arrived I made sure that I took the same care to treat the mattress with the best care that I could give it.
I was hesitant to order a bed online, but with Wink's return policy, I felt I had nothing to lose. So happy so far, but it's only been 3 nights. Upgraded to this bed from a Tempur-pedic queen. After only 3 years, that bed became a nightmare. I did tons of research about this bed and other hybrid beds. So many great reviews, and it was interesting to see how many former Tempur-pedic bed owners there were. I waffles about choosing the luxury firm vs the softer bed. I'm a side sleeper, and hubby sleeps on the side or back. We're not heavy, but I don't like sinking deep in the bed. I think I made the correct choice, but I still have a ton of time to decide!

Robert, helped me with the exchange. He offered to keep both mattresses for a 60-day period so I can chose the one that fits better with my back and to be sure before asking for the pickup of the first mattress or in case I needed to send both back in order to get a refund. So far, I love the new mattress, it is firmer.
