Unopened mattress protector can't be returned the day after we received it. That's a harsh policy especially given the amount of money spent on entire purchase

Easy to order and quick delivery. Charge for environmental responsibility fund is a scam though.

Low number of stars is based on being forced to pay for mattress recycling when it didn't apply to me and on not having better delivery options.

I did receive my order but I haven't slept on it yet due to fiancé out of town and not there to help place on bed frame.

Every text and call have been a pleasure… communicating with real humans that actually know something.

Super easy to order. Confirmation was sent quickly and delivery was on the day promised. UPS delivered it and he even brought it inside our home. We proceeded to push the box upstairs and had fun unwrapping the mattress. Very easy all the way through the process.

Placed order on Monday. Tuesday got an email it was being built. Wednesday afternoon was shipped. Friday it was here. Easy peasy!

Before purchasing my bed I wasn't sure if I needed a Luxury Firm or a Plus bed. I used the site chat feature to ask someone for advice and based on my weight, height, and sleeping preferences they recommended the Luxury Firm for me. I purchased it after that conversation.

I had to hire someone to unbox and set up the mattress because of my back problems. I had made arrangements for the day after the announced arrival date, since I didn't know what time the mattress would come from UPS. I also didn't know whether UPS would carry it up one flight of stairs to my apartment. EcoCloud had told me they would not carry it up. It turned out that the bed arrived 3 days earlier than announced and I was able to change the set-up person. It also turned out that UPS carried the box up the stairs. The setup of the bed went well. I need to make sure that I have the right side up.

I had really high hopes for this bed based off the reviews, but both my husband and I have had so much pain with this bed that we had to buy a memory foam topper to get through the 30 day trial. I feel bad writing this but want to be completely transparent. I had to go see a chiropractor for soft tissue therapy due to the amount of pain in my shoulder from sleeping on the bed the first week. I have not been in this much pain in a long time and I'm only 30 years old. The bed is way too firm and we ordered the soft. My husband and I are both side sleepers primarily and will be returning the mattress after the 30 day trial period unfortunately.
