Came recommended, a bit nervous buying a bed without seeing it. Also buying a bed in a box, wasn't so sure on that. The 120 night guarantee helps with both. Time will tell how it holds up.

Easy to compare mattresses on the website and was thankful to have a discount during the Easter holiday weekend. Especially grateful that Wink uses Bread to help break the cost into more manageable payments. Bed arrived in five days although I felt bad for my delivery man because of the weight, but he has lots of muscles and I'll give him a can of goodies when Christmas rolls around. Unboxing and unwrapping was easy and fast. No issues whatsoever. Highly recommend Wink Beds!

We originally purchased a Wink mattress for our primary home in 2020. We purchased another one for our cabin a year later. This mattress we purchased for a home near our grandchildren. We like having the same sleeping experience wherever we are staying. The Wink mattresses have been great for us. We put a Tuft and Needle mattress topper on top of our Wink mattress. It works really well for us.

Disappointing! We were told before buying that we could replace the bed as much as needed. AFTER purchasing our replacement, I see verbiage that reads as if this is the only 1/2 price replacement we get. So unhappy with the way this has gone!

Love the firmness and contouring of the bed as a side sleeper. I would have preferred a little more edge support but the bed itself is very comfortable n well built.

Easy to navigate site and find features we wanted. Plus mattress had the features we were looking for. The company kept us updated as our mattress was created and then shipped, and we received the mattress right on time. We are loving it!

Smooth, confident transaction. Received the mattress days sooner than expected. We are side sleepers so we had ordered the Softer full mattress. So far it is a little firmer than we expected. But it is still in the break in period. We expect it should soften more over time. Still, very comfortable. Overall, we are very happy with the product and service. Would definitely recommend!

Love the quality of the beds but I don't want to rate the softer mattress yet since we've only had it a week.
The Luxury Firm mattress was nice but just a little too firm for us. Also realizing we both sleep on our sides more than I originally thought, so hoping the softer mattress is the answer!

Essentially you get custom mattresses for a great price. We needed two different levels of soft/firm but the same thickness in the mattress. This meets the need. We are sleeping well and enjoying our new mattresses.
