The bed hardness rating is not accurate, go softer by 2 ratings. Delivery person will not be happy lugging around 80+ pounds of folded bed, so be ready with help to drag it into your residence.

I saw it online. I ordered it. UPS delivered the mattress.
We purchased a soft queen winkbed mattress 3 years ago. We notice an issue with a small group of coils which would not decompress. We contacted winkbed and talked to Josh about the issue. After sending a few pics of the mattress issue, Winkbed quickly sent a replacement mattress free of charge. Great and friendly customer service which is hard to find these days.
