Everything arrived in good condition. The beds is a lot firmer than what I'm used too. I used to have a memory foam mattress so I'm still adjusting

So far so good. We've tried a number of mattresses at this point, and I'm satisfied with the purchase. My wife's part of the split king comes in today. We'll see how she likes the bed. I can't give a final thumbs up yet, but we are trending in a very good direction.

I start yawning as soon as I lay down, I sleep better and longer than ever before.

The bed is not as comforts I would have expected. It is not soft.

Bed is good. The lease to own process was a hassle and took a bit before Winkbed and the leasing company got their ducks in a row. Junk environmental responsibility fund fee is lame. I'd get it if they hauled away the old mattress, otherwise it's not great.

Delivery was fast. Packaging was fine. It was really heavy to get into the house but otherwise no complaints about delivery.

The bed is well made and very comfortable. My sleep is much improved.

Excellent so far…at 2 weeks in. Our purple was a nice bed and is in our guest room now but I haven't felt compelled to seek refuge on it. This top of the line hybrid was about the same price as our non hybrid "original" purple which at 6 years old is still a nice bed. But I think I'm falling asleep faster, sleeping deeper, and waking up physically feeling better than I was on our old mattress. Maybe a few nights to adjust…but after 2 weeks I'm at the point that crawling into our new Wink mattress (especially after a hard day of physical activity) is very much an ahhhh moment.

Huge upgrade from my previous mattress. Really happy with the quality, my boyfriend and I both sleep great, and you aren't disturbed by the other persons movements.

Mattress seems better than most. Retains shape after use very well. Had it two weeks so far and seems to be very good!

We purchased the Firm because of wife's back problems.

After the first night on the mattress, both my husband and I commented that our bodies felt so good and rested. No back or hip aches in the morning. Provides nice support and is extremely comfortable! Wish we had purchased this may years ago! This bed is amazing.

Great product customer service was great. Still evaluating the soft mattress!
