Overall experience? Awful.
Bought our first Wink Bed in 2016 and assumed we would be receiving a similar product. The new design and product are far inferior to the mattress we bought in 2016. Far too firm, lacking in edge support, and a complete waste of time and money. Now we have to wait 30 days to initiate a return, even though we could tell from day one that this isn't the product we expected or wanted.
Still thinking, it is a bit firmer, but trying to give it a few more weeks

The purchase and delivery went smoothly and as expected based on what is detailed on the website. Unfortunately while the mattress seems to be of good quality, we will be returning as soon as possible because it's too firm.
I'm not sure about the bed yet. It's a bit firmer then what I'm use to. Also, was I very disappointed that I order mattress and mattress cover at the same time but the cover arrived about 2 wks later. Luckily, I was able to fit old fill size cover on for meantime.

Buying the bed was easy. Delivery was terrible. Bed was delivered in a destroyed box. Not effort was made to arrange delivery. At 250lb bed was just left outside my gate. The box was partially blocking my gate so I had to climb the fence and move the box just so I could open my gate. It looked like it had just ben pushed out the back of the truck. I than had to transport it 1/2 mile by myself to my house.
For something that advertises itself as luxury you think there would be at least some attempt at scheduling a delivery.
