I received the mattress protector more than a week after I got the mattress, which is dumb. The point of ordering them together is so I would have the protector when the bed arrived.

I love wink bed! My husband and I had a split adjustable king and the luxury firm mattress helped so much with back pain. We slept so well. When he passed I decided to get a queen since I didn't need a king size bed. I went with the wink bed mattress since I know it was top quality. I thought I would like the softer mattress better and that it would work better with the adjustable base but after sleeping on it for almost the 120 day trial, I decided I'd rather have the luxury firm as it was a better fit for my back pain. The exchange was quick and easy. No questions asked. I love wink bed and will always use them for my mattress needs!

Luxury Firm is too soft; I'm 5'10", 180 lbs, very comfortable at first, easily fall asleep, always wake up 3 or 4 hours later with hip pain if sleeping on my side; always wake up 2 to 3 hours later with major sciatica discomfort in my tail bone if sleeping on my back. I've only had the bed for two weeks, but not impressed so far. I toss and turn all night.

Bed arrived sooner than expected. Mattress had a strange smell that eventually went away. I would like to know that what I was smelling was not harmful.

I didn't notice until after I purchased the bed that I'd be responsible for getting the old mattress down the stairs, and finding a junk removal service to haul the mattress away. Further, it also was a surprise to realize that I'd also be responsible to get the new mattress out of the yard, up the 7 stairs (split-level home) into my living room. This also required me to hire and pay an additional service fee.
