Very easy shopping experience. We love the bed, very comfortable
It was easy to order and delivery was quick. We had to look up directions and there was no razor included as the directions indicated, but we managed to open it with a knife we had here.
Purchasing the bed was straightforward. The delivery was a horrible experience. The bed barely made it. The box was hardly in tack with the mattress coming out of the both ends. There was a whole in the packaging which comprised the vacuum seal layer. After removing the first layer the bed began expanding. This caused me to bump leg as I struggled to contain it and make sure that it unfold properly.
The only thing that was wrong was I told I would receive it at a certain date but didn't get it till a week later. Definitely shouldn't say if you buy now that you will get it by a date and takes a week later. Very frustrating
Good but inadvertently ordered 2 mattress protectors. Please send instructions on returning extra. Thank you.

The mattress is comfortable so far and much better than out old Beuatirest Silver Update later as we are on our second day.
For a company that sells luxury mattresses, we were shocked at the delivery service from UPS. Although It arrived promptly during the time window, the condition of the box was awful. The box was ripped and falling apart when the UPS man walked it up to our door. I commented on the box condition expressing concern over possible damage to the mattress. He curtly replied that the mattress was very heavy. The weight of lthe mattress was the reason the box was ripped and falling apart?! There was a plastic white cutter that came in the box. It fell out during the delivery and luckily we found it outside. When we removed the outer bag, it started inflating immediately, before we were able to cut open the inner bag.
Returning the beds will be a pain. I hoped for a good result..

Customer service was good! I wish we had been able to exchange the bed sooner like when I first asked after a couple of weeks, but other than that they were very helpful and swift when ordering the exchange. All that's left is to contact them to pick up the previous mattress.

Very comfortable mattress. Firm enough to give great support but soft enough to relieve pressure points.
Everything was perfect except I saw in the video the mattress came with a special cutter. We could not find one so we used scissors. It worked out fine but I had to be very care to not snip the mattress.
