Not easy to find basic information such as mattress dimensions, specifications, warranty, firmness. Too much unwanted information and advertisement.

Superior customer service. Responded promptly to and addressed my specific requests, to my satisfaction. Purchasing from Winkbeds was an extremely positive experience!

Ever since I GLANCED at the website the first time I've gotten emails multiple times daily from an obvious AI named Dan basically strong-arming me harder than a used car salesman to buy a bed.

Now I have. And the bed seems fine? I guess? I would like to sing it's praises and say it's the most amazing bed of all time, unfortunately the foundation the company sold and sent me is about 20 times louder than my old foundation I just threw away to make room for these deliveries, and it does not feel like a very secure frame. I followed the instructions to the letter, and even then went back and checked the QR code video for assembly to verify I did it right because it did not feel correct. Every step verified exactly as in the video and it feels like a terrible bed frame that's preventing me from enjoying my $2000 bed and I worry is going to eventually inevitably ruin my new mattress.

I have a king wink. My son just got a queen and now I am getting one for my grandson..

Wasn't sure how the mattress would be 'rolled' inside the box but it was maybe 2.5 ft in circumference and that made it easy for getting it upstairs.

Ordering of my bed was easy and shipping was faster than expected to the middle of nowhere in South Dakota. The packaging of the bed was an engineering marvel - it was hard to believe the whole mattress fit inside the relatively small box. Setup was easy, although a reference to the pictures was required to determine which way was supposed to be "up."

Ordering was very easy. Like how I could compare the different types.

Quick and easy to find what I wanted and to check out.

Quirky web site -- difficult to navigate. Eventually figured it out.

You make it easy. But if you don't sell box springs, you need to make platform option more accessible.

Website was easy to use, great ordering experience, consistent updates on our order. Our mattress arrived less than one week after ordering. Set up was easy. The mattress is exactly what we needed, it is very comfortable.

Customer service was great while placing order. Delivery of platform was fast but UPS delivery of mattress was 4 days later than initial estimate.
