Ordering and delivery was good. I just really don't like the bed and can't wait for the 30 days to be over so I can send it back
I previously had an Amerisleep AS4 memory foam mattress. I would say the softness is comparable however this has a little more motion transfer. The biggest difference is the wink bed sleeps extremely hot. My husband said he has been much hotter versus our previous memory foam mattress

Was skeptical of getting a mattress delivered but the whole process wad super easy. Comes in much smaller than you'd expect and is crazy to watch it "grow" once you unwrap it.
Sleep has been great so far. Some adjustment for my wife, she is used to a softer mattress, but even she is sleeping really well.
I love the bed! The mattress protector is good - I feel like I've seen slightly softer/quieter brands in stores but I'm glad I chose it. The mattress protector came at a different day so I had to wait a while to use the bed but that was no big deal - cause the bed is amazing!
