Experience with wink was good, however UPS missed their target delivery date, said it was damaged, then delivered it anyway the next day. Mattress seems fine so, whatever.

The box was absolutely trashed by the time it got to us. Fortunately, and miraculously, the mattress seemed unscathed. The purchase process was smooth and easy. And so far, after 3 nights on the new mattress, the experience is pretty positive.
Ok delivery, have only had a week so we still don't have a final analysis yet.
It is a very nice bed, but a little disappointed. I thought it would be more plush. For me it didn't live up to the hype. I have only had it for 5 or 6 days. I am giving it a little more time to see if my body adjusts to it.

Easy ordering process! Mattress arrived when they said it would and was easy to setup. Still trying it out to see if we want to keep it or exchange it for the soft mattress. We are side sleepers and it is a little firmer than we would like so far.
