Wink Beds was great to work with. I got delivery updates and package arrived on time. I did not find an "enclosed razor" to open the vacuum sealed plastic, but that was no big deal.
The experience shopping and arrival was fine, but I don't get the hype around the mattress itself per my review on the mattress. While I prefer a firm mattress, this one lacks support of the body's curves, such as lumbar spine and waist. Currently on old mattress with a topper. I'll likely be putting a topper on the wink bed again but it gets super tall with a topper and seems silly on a mattress this spendy. Perhaps the medium firm would have been better but I'm surprised how many great reviews there are.

Our first "bed in a box" - won't be our last! UPS deliverer brought box into house for us - which he didn't have to do. We would have had difficulty getting it upstrs if we had an upstrs - not sure if UPS deliverer would have brought it upstrs
Overall, the shopping experience was great. I placed my order and received my mattress within a week. Unpacking was easy and it only took a few minutes. The exchange process was also great. The process was sent to me in writing (email) so I didn't have to remember any details. It was also prompt and an overall fantastic experience. My only issue is that I just need a softer mattress. Even the softer mattress isn't quite soft enough.
Bed has been amazing and the exchange process was extremely easy and fast.
UPS refused to deliver the bed almost a week. We had to contact them so many times to get the bed.
