The set up was easy and the bed is great, only had it for 2 weeks, but I love it for now.

I love my new Wink Bed Luxury Firm mattress! I got a queen size, and it's perfect. Received it pretty quickly, and had my nephew help me bring it inside and set it up (it's heavy!)
I've been sleeping on it for over a week now, and I am very happy with my choice. I have a bad back & a bunch of other painful issues, so a good bed is extremely important. This one helps me get an amazing & restful sleep—just what this old bod needs!

Biggest thing I would change is stop spamming me emails. I already bought the bed. Also, the constantly "on $300 sale" feels cheap.

Easy to order, seems like a great company. Box was extremely haggard when received, but mattress was fine. Getting it to 2nd floor solo was an effort, especially due to the shattered box = tough to lift.

It was an easy experience, it took like 5 days to get here, the box was somewhat heavily damaged but the bed itself was in pristine condition

I was using a $500 memory foam for the last 7 years and getting terrible sleep. I attributed it to so many other things and didn't even consider it was my mattress. Finally I read that memory foam mattresses run hot and that's a big issue for me. I decided to buy the best mattress I could find and my search led me to WinkBed and Saatva. I opted for the WinkBed because it had a slight edge in a few key categories for me. I do not regret my purchase. As the title says, I've been waking up much more well rested, and often I am so comfortable I just don't want to get out of bed. I can't even remember the last time I felt like I was getting some quality sleep and feeling so comfortable. Highly recommend.

Bed shipping nice and easy. Set up easy. My mattress liner took a while to ship.

Customer service was amazing. We had an issue with the WinkBed frame. I called and explained the situation. Kristen was extremely helpful and told me what to do. After sending the required information, WinkBed is replacing the platform! It is so great to deal with such a helpful and efficient customer service agent. Thanks Kristen and thanks Winkbeds. Great company. Definitely 5 stars.

The mattress was delivered in a timely fashion. Set up was easy.

Purchasing process was great, delivery was great, bed definitely did not live up to what we had anticipated. Had very high hopes but this bed just wasn't it for us. We are experiencing severe back pain and trouble sleeping.

I am super happy with the quality and the ease shopping for them. I was worried about any odor opening them up like I've heard about from some other manufacturers and was pleasantly surprised- odor free!

See above for explanations. It was not 13 inches in width. Plastic was torn during delivery but overall ok to sleep on so far.

They are helpful in every way. I would recommend this mattress to anyone
