We have not opened our bed yet so I can't tell you if I like it, but our experience so far has been excellent. Salesman was very helpful, patient and made good recommendations. Delivery was well within the time it was expected. Now just have to get it out of the box and on the bed frame,

Great mattress and even better customer support! Mattress is firm but not uncomfortable firm, great for stomach sleeping but not so much for side sleeping.

This is the second mattress I have purchased from WINK. The first was for myself and my husband. You replaced that one within the 120 day trial period for your firmest version. After six years still like new. Very happy with it. The Serta hybrid which I purchased for my guest bedroom which cost $500 more ended up being in constant use the past three years and started to break down after two years. I purchased this mattress as a gift for a family member. He unpacked it and spent one night on it before going out of town on business so can't give you his input yet. Rated five stars for first night…not exactly a long enough trial. I think yout mattresses are fabulous and so is your customer service.

Arrived sooner than expected. Easy set up. No gassing smell. Good response time via emails regarding concerns. Wish there was a store near me where I could have tried out the bed. I ordered "firmer" which has turned out to be a mistake for me.

The pick us of the mattress at the showroom last Sunday was strange. I could have used a bed frame. The co-owner recommended I buy it on Amazon.

I just ordered a mattress and had it delivered. It came relatively quickly. There were no strong smells or stains, and the mattress was immediately useable. I like the 120 day option, and the lifetime replacement program. I think that's nice, though I haven't used it.

I decided to use the "any reason" 50% discount on a firmer Winkbed mattress. Customer service responded to my email very rapidly, no questions asked, and created the invoice for my order. I received my new mattress less than a week later.
