As a member eight or nine years I have received not only excellent service, but really good wines. They have a varied selection of wines with different price points, including some excellent wines with a fair price. During the time I've been with Wine Insiders, I had two problems, both resolved to my satisfaction. One, an incorrect wine; and second, a wine that was bad. Both situations were handled with courtesy and backing their guarantee. A non wine related problem was a promise to give a monetary credit for future purchases upon recommending new customers. I have recommended 7 or 8 friends and not only did I not get credit but they were never contacted. Poor customer relations to say the least. They still get five stars.
Good prices. Quality of wines varies. Prices don't always indicate quality. Understandably, some of the better selections sell out and aren't available for future orders. Orders come promptly.

I was hesitant to order wine on-line since I had a bad experience with a wine club in the past. This is not a club. There were no commitments or membership fees. You pick the wines you want, when you want and they are shipped right to your door. They have a nice selection of wines from different countries. Overall, I have been pleased with my selections and have few new favorites. I definitely recommend giving Wine Insiders a try.

Good wines at great prices. Grab a sale every now and then. The selection's not enormous but it's good, and the wines are good and good values.
If they read this, I'd love it if they had a few more cheap porch-pounding whites and/or vinho verde for summer quaffing. But their good reds are really great deals.

They were delivered on time. Most were good. This is a great service during this difficult time. Before liquor stores reopened, this was the only option. Now that they have reopened, this is still a safe option. They offer specials often enough to make it a comparable to shopping local.
