Wine insiders has been our site to go to to get great wine at a good price. We have been using them for at least 10 years maybe more.
Delivery is fast, prices are reasonabl that we didn't like e and specials are great.
Have had minimal bottles that were "just" ok and maybe 3 bottles over years That were"bad" and called and got credit for them.
We like trying varieties of wines and have had favorites that we like to reorder and new ones that will order in future

I have been mostly satisfied with the wine I have purchased. The pricing was excellent, if you don't want to spend a lot of money. Some has been excellent; most average but acceptable, and a few, real stinkers. Oh, well, as they say, you get what you pay for. I have a weakness for French wine, and they've got that galore, but most of it, I notice, is from Bordeaux, which is famous for its cheap, mass-produced product (intended years ago for the British market, I believe). That doesn't mean it's all bad, though. Some were fabulous. Service was excellent, delivery fast, and I will order again. (BTW, where are those coupons? I haven't seen any!) Also, throw us a burgundy once in a while!

The website is easy to move around and sort. Check out is easy and delivery is usually within the week. I have been ordering from this site for a couple of years now and have been more than satisfied. Out of I don't know how many (more than 10) only One shipment a bottle was broken, I emailed them a picture and they issued me a credit for my next order.
