Have ordered a number of times, especially when there is a great deal, or when I have a coupon. I love trying new wines, and although I've had some that I would not re-order, I've never had a bottle I couldn't drink. A case of wine is also a great gift. The packaging is great, and I recycle the inside material as seed starters. With the free shipping I certainly don't expect Amazon Prime shipping, and with Covid all shipping is being delayed. I recommend Wine Insiders to my friends and family mostly because there is no requirement to join their wine club, free shipping and I've really enjoyed the wines I have received. The only wish that the tasting notes would come with the wines. When a friend picks a bottle of wine from my wine rack, I don't want to have to go online to get this information. I have a five point rating system when I drink a bottle of wine. The scale ranges from poor to excellent. The majority of the wines from Wine Insiders rate Very Good to Excellent ( four and five in my rating system). Wine Insiders offer a lot of specials and the prices are great for such good wine. I like that I can order on line and the wine usually arrives within a week of ordering. From my experience, not may wine clubs can match that. I do wish that there was more of a notes/ rating system in our accounts so I can remember which were ok and which I loved. Wine Insiders is my go to for my wine purchases. Their ratings on the website are very accurate. The convenience of having wine delivered to my door, or a nearby pick up point is fantastic. You do not have recurring deliveries like most wine clubs. When you want wine, just order. They do send an email almost every day, and when you see something interesting, just order and it shows up within a week, most of the time.
The only downside is they do not carry some of the wines of my favorite vineyards. On the other hand, I have tried many new wines I cannot find at my local shops. As stated above, the ratings on the website are excellent.
