Consistently good wines. I've had a few that were not to my liking, but for the price and ease of pickup and delivery, it's worth it. I've always had good luck with their customer service department, including them going above and beyond to help me with an order that was sent to an old address. They replaced the shipment at no cost to me and followed up several times via phone calls to make sure the new address was correct and to inform me when the order was supposed to arrive. I've tried other wine subscriptions and I prefer the wines provided by Wine Insiders. I'm frugal and tend to buy when they have sales - the quality of the wines you get from WI for the price is MUCH better than what you'll find at your grocery store. I've always had my wine shipped to a Walgreens in case I'm not home. I've had no issues with shipping.

I was somewhat concerned with the quality of the red wines I was buying at such low prices. But I have to say all were good and most were great. I rated each wine one to ten, with a ten being the best, and all 12 were 8 or above. Several were 10 and many were 9. A great deal at the price. I have actually placed a second order since we are eating dinner at home most nights. These wines are a wonderful addition to our home cellar. Highly recommend as they are priced way below our wine club deliveries and wonderful for weekday meals, or even for fancy weekend meals!

I ordered some wine as a birthday gift for a special friend. FEDEX kept delaying the delivery. Finally when It got to my city, fedex damaged the package and broke one of the bottles and returned it to wine insiders. Instead of wine insiders replacing the bottle, they RESHIPPED THE EXACT BOX RIGHT BACK WITH THE BROKEN BOTTLE! After almost 2 weeks of delaying, I finally got the wines and gave it to my friend only to open it and find a broken bottle inside. Very disappointing! Not buying from them again!

I am a regular customer and enjoy trying new wines at great prices. I started out buying the pre-selected packages and learned about our favorites and now I generally select my wine from the huge selection. I still get some of the pre-selected packages, especially the regional packages like the wines of Spain and Portugal. I am never disappointed. Shipping slowed down somewhat in March and April, but that was to be expected during a pandemic, but now shipping is back at its usual fast pace. I have ordered from WI for many years. Always a good selection, great to try different wines. I would say, I like 95% of the white wines and 85% of the reds. They usually have a good selection of very good red french wines and always great Italian wines. Many very good Chardonnays from California from unknown wineries. Always great everyday drinking wines. They have many sales. I keep notes on the wines I like and reorder when needed. Again, not all the wines are very good. I have requested a refund, as per their policy, on wines I did not like, several times and never a question about a refund. I just don't order those wines again.

This is a great way to buy wine without leaving your living room. We aren't wine experts but we know what we like and we've found several wines we really like at an excellent price point. My only complaint is we haven't been able to repurchase some of the wines we like. This may be due to the pandemic and shipping issues? Not being able to keep up with demand? Delivery is very fast. And if the wine comes after the promised date, a great deal is offered. I would love to see some specials like an all Chardonnay box or an all Rose box, etc. Thank you for this wonderful option to purchase good wines conveniently without breaking the bank.
