However, the company uses FedEx for shipping. They are seldom on time, and have "lost" my shipment as well.

I ordered a case before Thanksgiving, it was a deal 12 bottles get a free magnum of Prosecco. I had it sent to a Walgreens for pick up, very smooth tranaction. Had a few bottles one was very good, the rest palatable. I then opened a bottled that had turned, so I contacted customer service and they got back to me realitively fast.
They then proceeded to say that they were sorry that I didn't gey my corkscrew and they would give me a credit.
I was never to get a corkscrew, and they called me Pamela, my name is Denise. So they obviously had the wrong customer. I let them know that and I haven't heard from them in a few days.
I thought i'd give them one more shot and ordered a case today, and used my credit ( or Pamela's :) )
I have not received my order and I placed my order Nov18. Not happy with service so far! Would be willing to order again from here if this matter was resolved.

The shipping is super fast and the one time I had to call customer service they not only help me but got me a better deal than the deal I was looking for. Love the free and fast shipping but love the wine more because it is a a reasonable price.
