This is the last and final time I will ever order anything from Williams-Sonoma; I always thought that this store was of quality and higher end, however it has become a joke when it comes to delivering products. I ordered the Le Creuset Signature Enameled Cast Iron Round Wide Dutch Oven, 6 3/4-Qt., in Red. Nowhere did it state that this item was unavailable. I placed my order on June 2,2021, first they said it would be delivered 6/26/21, now they say it will be delivered 8/2 - 8/3/21. They take your money and then let you know that the item is back-ordered! On top of this, they say that your purchase is ineligible for return... UNBELIEVABLE... NEVER AGAIN!

I bought a couch from their home line, trusting that it would be good quality. Well, that was a mistake. You can't try them since they don't have a showroom. We trusted their description, went for it and waited for five months for this couch. Once it showed up, we were super exited, then half an hour went by and we realized we could not sit comfortably on the couch. It took us one hour total of sitting in this couch to decide it had to go. We wasted all that money and can't return it. I would really warn anyone of making the same mistake. Also, it's not like it was a bad apple, this is the final approved product.

I ordered my pregnant daughter who lives in Seattle….(I live far away)a birthday gift and it was a set of glasses. Delivered May 20. She preferred a different type of glasses so I said I would take care of exchanging them when I arrived in June. I did not realize there is a 30 day return policy when I tried to exchange them on June 24th! Missed the 30 days by 4 days. Glasses had never been out of the box. Rude sales clerk examined each glass, as if I had used them! No refund, no exchange! Too bad. Very poor!

This used to be my "go to" company for quality items, but NO MORE. I ordered a birthday gift in a timely manner and all I received were multiple, nauseating messages expressing how I must be feeling because
It was delayed. After the 4th message asking me to be patient while they figured out where the item was in their warehouse, I was infuriated. Cancelled the order and requested and received an immediate refund. Do not trust this company!

We suggest to be careful placing orders that are bacorderdered They have been
Hitting my credit card number of times for the same item they have extremely confusing system and hit bank account with out authorisation keep saying it's just authorisation will fall off but balance decreased every time, and also very hard to get a call back from store manager he keeps saying he will call back and simply doesn't call back what can be worse? Employees at boca raton mean and highly incompetent, Ft. Lauderdale store employees including manager don't standby to to what they say and promise

International Buyer Beware!

I purchased a product from them in February. 100+ days later, I am still waiting for my order. The customer service kept making excuses and empty promises. Each representative from William Sonoma customer services will tell you different stories (but in the same pattern) why William Sonoma cannot deliver the item. This company is now close to modern day robbery.

Basically, they refuse a refund for an order they fail to deliver.

Don't buy from William Sonoma.

I purchased WS inner bean bag for my child. I received the item damaged 4 different times after calling WS each time and being told I would not receive a defective product again. The issue would be resolved with manufacturing. After the 4th time I decided to return the item. Having purchased on a WS credit card (and I had already paid it off) I was told they could only offer me a credit for more merchandise (at a store where things come damaged and where they have poor customer service). After 4 hours total on the phone I was finally speaking to a lead supervisor. She reassured me I would receive a merchant credit and could keep the damaged item. She even sent an email stating just this. I waited and waited for my merch card. After over 15 days I called and was told a lead above her canceled the merch card and decided not to honor what she and I spoke of. I called and spoke to someone else regarding this (after I calmed down) and was told a manager would call and resolve it next day. A call was never returned. I also emailed the supervisor who had made the decision to do the nerch card and for me to keep the item. She said she would get back to me. I did not hear back. Today I spoke to customer service, they spoke to their supervisor, and their manager called. Stating they could not offer what she had promised and they could only offer me the credit back to my card (that is already paid off), they could not get me an item not damaged, and they needed me to return the product for a 4th time. I am still attempting to be heard by someone higher in the company. This is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never shop Williams Sonomq again and I will tell my patients and my medical staff the same. If I were to provide this kind of care in hospital people would be dying left and right. I cannot believe a company can get away with this.

This company overcharged me in taxes for my 3 orders and refusing to give my money back. They are claiming that their system is automatic and that they cannot make adjustments even when their basic math mistake is so obvious. My first order supposedly $1,023.57, they charged $1,047.32. My second order should be $269.32, they charged me $275.57. My third order was supposed $215.45, they charged me $220.44. The agent and the manager claimed that because I bought it online, the tax rate is higher. I have not experienced this with other stores online. My sales tax based on my zip code is 7.75% only!

Buyer Beware!

I have ordered twice from WS. The first shipment of cocktail glasses arrived promptly. The 2nd order processed on 4/19/21 (a set of cocktail glasses for a May anniversary gift) was paid and my delivery date was originally scheduled for May 3. Cool! NOT! My delivery date was unceremoniously delayed to September 13,2021. SEPTEMBER 2021! WTH! I called customer service to cancel my order and have a refund issued. The rep was nice, but told me she couldn't cancel my order until it shipped! WHAT?! Are you kidding me?! I was not expecting a 5-6 month wait for an item. The website said it was in stock. I am so disappointed and beyond words for the audacity of this company to think its customers will just sit around and wait 5-6 months without any recourse, refund or the products they ordered. I will no longer order anything from Williams-Sonoma. They are untrustworthy and unscrupulous. Take your money elsewhere.

I used to love this company. I don't know what's going on. They advertise items that they do not have on stock. They charge your credit card then you can wait till he'll freezes over and then find out they cancelled the order. Tried ordering Staub pots on several occasions only to be bitterly disappointed that they do not have the items in stock.

Do not order e-gift card Card arrived with no gift message so bride didn't know who sent it. My receipt showed the gift message. Customer service said there was nothing they could.do No apology no follow up card etc. Idiots. Won't shop with them again.

Don't do it. Just say no. After two delays, I smelt Made In China coming. Welp, 4 March 2021 that walk like a duck was truth. The order was placed 9 January 2021. Horrible customer service when inquiry why such delays via Twitter and FB. Website never indicated backordered. You learn that after checkout. Spend your money else where. Avoid Made In China nothingness. Made In China is not special. It's cheap labor and cheap material. I purchased with a gift certificate, and I've told the party who gave me the gift cards that I shredded the others. What a waste of money.

I purchased items from WM Sonoma that were defective. They were returned, but WMS didn't provide a full return. I attempted to get them to credit me the remaining amount 4 times. Was promised call backs from a Manager (never happened), finally out of desperation I submitted a Charge Back via AMEX. WMS never responded to AMEX, so I was awarded the credit. I provided all details to AMES, including that they amount I was owed was less than the disputed charge. After the Charge Back was awarded by AMEX, I received a tersely worded letter from WMS to call them immediatly, which I did. I tried to explain the situation to "Heather" and that if they would issue the correct credit, I would cancel the charge back. All she kept saying is you got your credit, what do you want. Fast forward 7 months, I place an order with Potter Barn (owned by WMS), it's denied because there's a dispute for $46 that "I haven't resolved". LOL 6 calls to them with no resolution and then an absolutely rude person on the final attempt now 7 months later they won't do business with me over their lack of response. I really want to remove the $6K+ of draperies I purchased from Pottery Barn and return them. They can sit on their dispute, I'll never purchase another item from WMS or PB.

I ordered a mixer as a Christmas gift in November that was suppose to be delivered December 10th. On December 15th I checked the status and it was back ordered. When I was in the store ordering the mixer it was in stock. Had I known at the time it was back ordered I would have never ordered it. Every few days I would check and it kept stringing me along until March when I finally received the ONLY email saying my item was no longer available and my order was cancelled. When I called customer service they said the only thing they could do was offer me a discount on my next ONLINE order. After that experience I would crazy to order anything from them online. And of course the Christmas gift I thought I had I didn't. Very disappointed in Williams-Sonoma.

Lack of a full USPS tracking number

I was told my shipment had been delivered on the Williams Sonoma website. But I did not receive it. I could not find out what happened as the site had an invalid tracking number. They have not responded to my emails. The least they could do is thank me for my $100 gift to them.

I was told that the order was not paid for until the 5th and that it shipped on the 6th? LSO does not have the product. W&S stated that it could take to 7 days to "ship" the product to LSO. Really, how could I possibly receive the product On Monday February 8th if it takes 7 days to get the product to your shipper? What a FRAUD! If it takes 7 days just to get the order to the shipper and then shipment time from LSO to me. It could be another 10 days before I ever see the product.

I have been on hold for 10 minutes trying to cancel an order. I have emailed them three times to do the same. No response to emails and I am still on hold. Don't waste your time with them!
