Be warned, these wigs are rubbish. Nothing like the photos you see. Matted hair, poor fit, sides are rough & hang over your ears. They look soooo fake. I have tried to make contact but my emails are blocked. Why are they allowed to continue trading? False advertising, rubbish product. Nothing short of steeling peoples money, sending wigs that can't be worn. SCAMMERS! If I could give a minus rating I would but they only provide a 1 star as lowest rating.

My wig was nothing like the picture, I was so upset to receive it not even the right colour, and made poorly, the money I spent on it, I won't get back, my rating is nil and would advice everyone who wants to buy a wig,do not buy from company wig way in great Britain supposed to be light grey with streaks of blonde

Very Bad wig a bulk of hair to make at least four more wigs, they refused to return it while they said money back granted. So sad I had to give these cheating companies my money. I don't know when the government will protect the consumers from these cheaters.

I spent over $500 on wigs to receive a rubbish hair quality, the wigs doesn't look like the original photo, it's look like they glued the hair on the part, it is absolutely rubbish, I sent them many emails for a refund one reply and the are not willing to give me my money back, they ignored all my emails.
And I will take it further.
Please don't waist your money and buy anything from this website.

This company is just a bunch of liars and crooks. No way will you get your money back for a product you received that is faulty and nothing like the picture. The wig I ordered is the wrong colour and has a parting that looks singed. Its a horrible grey colour instead of blonde streaks. The 15-day return refund policy is a joke, The support centre people are all called Jane! And are difficult and obstructive. Do not be tricked by this company. I will never ever buy from here again.

I ordered a wig from the site that was too small and they refused to replace it saying it was customised - which I don't believe it was. They asked me to pay half again which - stupidly I did - for a wig of the correct size and the quality was abysmal. The webbing wasn't trimmed off, the direction of the hair was wrong, the cut on one side didn't match the other (too short and stumpy), the stitching of the hair on the base wasn't straight and didn't match the colour of the hair so it could be seen. Very frustrated and a waste of money.

I ordered a wig online, when my confirmation email came through it said it would be a minimum of 30 days to recieve my wig. I cancelled my order well with in the 23hr time-frame to cancel the order. I have sent 8 emails and still no refund!

This company have very poor reviews are off shore. Any positive reviews are from Asian men which leads me to believe that the pisitive reviews come from the company...

Stay away from Wigway.

The picture on their website looked great. Even reasonably priced. My wife would have loved that wig. Would have - had it even arrived. After paying in excess of $200 I was assured it would arrive within 7 - 10 working days.
20 days later - nothing. An email of inquiry assured me it would be shipped immediately.
40 days later - still nothing. Another email and yet another assurance.
65 days later - nothing.
And now 80 days later I have given up waiting. I have resigned myself to accepting that it will never arrive and these Chinese thieves will undoubted keep the money.
So now, whenever I think of Wigway words such as unprofessional, incompetent, apathetic and scam spring to mind.
Bottom line - DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS.
