Ordered a human hair wig. It came but it smells like really bad chemicals and is not cut into any style at all. I want to send it back but have no way to do it as I can not make contact with anyone in customer service. I am afraid I will have a skin reaction to this wig due to the horrible chemical smell so I have no idea what they have treated this wig with. Smells like pesticides and fuel.
I bought a wig from these people not knowing that their company is based out of China. The wig did not fit and the hair kept falling out! I asked them for a Full refund but they said that they would only give me $30.00 back of the $105.00 it cost to have them make it. It did not look like anything that I picked out. They don't know the English language nor do they respond to your request to speak with a live person at the company. These people will rip you off! Don't buy from them! It's a total scam! I have a case pending to take them to court. They need to be shut down once and for all!
Answer: THEY DON'T HAVE A PHONE NUMBER... THEY DON'T WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU... OR ME! FRAUD!
Answer: Sadly, this is a compete scam company - they send out cheap wigs, not fit for purpose, from China, then at best, under pressure, offer a refund value a fraction of what you spent. If you pay through PayPal you have a chance, just a chance, of getting a full refund, which I was luck to do (why PayPal continued with these fraudsters, no-one knows). They run the same scam in the UK and Australia as well as the U.S. Each site states (under the Help tab) that they are based in whatever country you are in, but no such thing, and then the family just keep putting up 5-star reviews on any site they can find.
Answer: They are a complete scam, fraudulent!
