This is a disgusting group of chinese people selling FAKE products. Please! Ignore the pretty images taking from other websites, you will NOT received nothing like that or even close! Don't visit this SPIREWEB site, they will get your money and you will NEVER see it again andf the wig will be "trash" like my was! STOP THIS SCAM!

I ordered a human hair wig from this company and paid $119.00. When I received the wig, first of all it looked nothing like the picture and inside the wig if it's human hair, there is a tag inside the wig stating this. There was no tag inside the wig stating it was human hair. I have worn wigs for over 30 years and sometime dye my wigs with usually good results. This wig did not change colors, not even a little. I contacted customer service but received no help from them. They scammed me out of $119.00! The wig was so terrible I could not wear it. STAY AWAY FROM COMPANIES OUT OF CHINA!

This is a gorgeous wig had a lot of compliments; great color and not to long. Really looks natural. I found this wig to have issues with the following, it maybe only me but I have purchased 4 so far and its pretty consistent; size (avg.) larger than other average size, the cap front by ear way too bulky really needs to be reduced makes the sides stick out-use hair pins to keep them down which can be uncomfortable sometimes. Purchased 4 and will buy again.

I bought a wig from wigsway, ordered 27b color and received 10 color. They want me to send them a picture of the wig before they will do anything...
They have been giving me the run around for about 2 months and looks like I just lost my money! I am 86 years old and cannot afford the loss! I have asked for address to mail picture of the wig we received, but will not give me that, and also will not give me a phone to reach them by! Very dissapointed!

My natural hair is terribly thin and as a cosmetologist, I've always wanted to have the kind of hair that I could feel confident about. That being said, the wig I bought from wigsway has been a brilliant purchase! It's very natural in appearance. The density is not too thick to the point of looking fake and the texture is silky. The best part? I can freely put it up, throw it into an up-do and part it any which way. I purchased this wig in the color 14H. All in all, this wig is worth the price!

I bought a wig from wigsway. This wig has a lot of hair. More hair than I knew what to do with. The wig looks fabulous on me and no one knew it was a wig. The color combinations are fantastic. Cons: Needs to be combed during and after use. Tangles easily (although I wore mine dancing so... and it never fell off). After I used it I had to spray detangle on sections and comb through (takes time). I have had it for a couple of months and it looks great. Does shed.

Before I bought a wig from wigsway I knew it is was from China. But I still bought one, because it is cheap and I don't have much money, but I really need a wig. I would have thought that it was not in good quality. But to my surprise it is so beautiful and the quality is very good. I like it because it's easy to put on, it looks so nice and I'm so pleased with it! I like the fact that I don't get a headache when I wear it. Really like the style! So don't be biased against China. Some of their products are still very good, and more important it is cheap. Wigsway is ideal for us-income groups

I ordered a human hair wig. Petite, short, rocky road color. The only thing that they got right on the order, it took a month to receive. I got reddish blonde medium short large wig. I contacted them by email to see how to return for the one I ordered. They told me they do not take wigs back because that wig was custom made for me and do not do refunds. I wanted to write this review hoping to help someone else from getting burned. I paid a lot of money for this wig. Also there are no tags in the wig, I think they do this so you can't return it.

My wife took a lot of trouble in selecting a wig from this company. (It was not clear that it was based in China.) However when it arrived it looked nothing like the one shown on the website either in terms of colour or quality. It was not cheap to buy and so we contacted the company so we could return it in accord with their refund policy. Our experience was similar to others in that the company said that it would cost £30 for us to return the item and that they would only refund £10. Our local post office said that it would in fact be less than £10. The company suggested that if we were unhappy with the quality we should give the wig to a friend as a gift! Our correspondence went on for a long time without any success.
Ultimately we involved Paypal through whom we had paid. After they had investigated they found in our favour and arranged a full refund. For us the whole experience of dealing with this company was unpleasant and we will never use them again. Our advice based on our experience would be to use the company only with caution and be prepared to be disappointed.

I ordered a $274 wig on 10/13/14. I received a horrendously ugly see-through "wig" that looked like it was from a costume shop in the clearance section almost a month later. The cap was supposed to have open wefts although what I received was like a cheap net of a cap. The hair looked completely dead and straggly, and was an awful orange color that was the equivalent of trying to bleach black hair and not leaving the bleach on long enough (it was supposed to be blonde). It was so thin you could see the ridiculous net of a cap. The hair was also not real hair. I would not have paid $5 for it. These scam artists have been giving me the run around for 4 months and I have yet to see my money. PayPal told me to return the wig which I did and even though wigsway acknowledged that they received it, and the tracking number verified the receipt wigsway lied and told my credit card company they never received it, whined about me writing a bad review, and said I never contacted them after the first email when I easily have 30 emails from/to them. Now it is a game of going back and forth with my credit card company having to keep sending in more and more information. Wigsway is useless in their emails. They will just tell you to be patient, and that you costed them a lot of money, and other bs. Any good reviews that you read are FAKE! Most are written in the same broken English that their emails are in. I also tried several times to submit a review on their website and of course they never showed up. They will never give you a phone number or their return address. I had to get their address from PayPal. Dealing with these con artists has been a nightmare and not what I should be doing while I'm so sick, but if they think I'm gonna go away before I get my money back they better think again. Their return policy on their website is completely untrue as I returned the wig immediately and have not been refunded. Also they are NOT in the US or UK per their site. They are in CHINA! DO NOT ORDER from these greedy manipulative a holes. You will positively regret it.

This website offers more wigs than humanly possible in my opinion. I ordered a wig from a picture but in a different color. When I received the wig, it was not at all to my liking. When I read the return policy, I attempted to get a return authorization number but instead met with refusal and grief from vendor with e-mails trying to convince me to keep the product and to have it styled. Funny thing is you're not supposed to try it on.
On the site, many of the wigs have double digit outstanding reviews that seem made up by the vendor because of their wording. When I attempted twice to review the wig I purchased, my reviews never showed up on the site. The wig was shipped to me from China and the vendor insisted it was custom made! IMHO that would be so if my head was measured and styled directly by the vendor. I finally settled for a refund of less than half of what I paid for the product through much discussion with my bank and Pay Pal. BUYER BEWARE! This website has cheaply priced wigs and their return policy is as ambiguous as the day is long. The vendor did not want the wig back so I will probably be donating it to a hospital or cancer clinic. Hopefully someone can use it if it can even be styled. It was way too bulky for me and not at all as pictured. My opinion and displeasure was totally disregarded by this vendor. There are many other reputable wig websites and I should have used them because of past experiences with them. DON'T BE FOOLED BY WIGSWAY.COM!
