I received my order and it looked nothing like the photo online. Not only the style was different, it was not human hair as stated. It was badly shaped and the chemical smell was awful. I will never order any wigs from China again! All the ones I purchased from China look nothing like the photo. Some of their site say they are from Europe so don't be fooled by them.

I ordered this wig and it is one of my husband's favorites. It is big hair but I do like the shape and it is easy to style--just a shake and you are ready to go.

Wow, what a difference it made in my confidence and how I felt about myself. I went from bald to beautiful in seconds! My husband and friends can't stop telling me how I look and act like myself again.

It is much more comfortable than a full cap construction and it looks and acts more like real hair my real hair. I will definitely be getting another one in the future!
Absolutely horrible place. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I spent $174.00 for a mop that I ended up throwing in the trash. Not human hair as advertised. No wig cap so nothing to keep it on your head. I tried to work with them on a return but they refused over and over again. I even tried the Paypal dispute process--no luck. This company should be out of business.
Received not the ordered human hair wig but a synthetic rubbish quality wig. Thinking it was. UK based company to return for a full return received a Chinese address. Didn't get a refund, so people do never never order from this company they are fraud.
This is my first time ordering a wig via the internet and I must say that I am quite impressed with this wig. It fits nicely and is comfortable. I cut the mesh at the forehead as far as I could and nobody can tell that it is a wig when I pull my hair back. It`s amazing! The only drawback for me is that the hair on the sides is not as long as it appears on the picture but I don`t mind the look. I will definitely order other wigs!
Just got this yesterday and I had to write about it. The best wig ever! It is so much softer than her usual wigs. It is so comfortable. The color is very pretty and natural. I highly recommend this one as I have purchased other styles by her and have liked them very much but I LOVE this one. About to purchase a second one...

I'm another fool who got ripped off from this company. They finally offered me $20 after telling me they didn't want the wig back. They suggested that I wash it then take it to my hair stylist to be styled. I wish I had found this site before purchasing from them. Buyer beware!
The wig I paid $200 for is terrible quality hair, is not as advertised as human hair, and the construction of the wig cap is TERRIBLE. This $200 wig is headed straight to the trash. What a rip off!
I had a bad buying experience with WigsWay. I purchased a $158 wig and was totally unsatisfied with the product. It was falsely advertised as 100% Remy human hair when it is really was synthetic hair. The quality was poor and I had a difficult time getting the address from Wigsway to return the wig, which was in China. I had to file a claim with Paypal to request for a return address and receive refund. I return the item finally and spent over $57 to return it to China. This company is a fraud and it has bad business practices. They are a scam and should not be in business. Please don't trust them.
I have a case going through Paypal at the moment for these scammers. Ordered human hair got synthetic and refused their pittance of part refund. Have told Paypal they are a fraudulent company and not based in the UK as their co.uk website says it does. I got this address to send the wig back to which I won't be doing unless they pay full return costs Wang Lin, 3F Dianxin Building, No. 96 Tongcheng Road, Baohe District, Hefei City, Anhui Province, China, Postal Code: *******. Hoping Paypal do the right thing and refund me my full money for this and chuck them off Paypal.

Update:- These positive reviews saying the company is good on here are a bit suspect. All within a day or 2 of each other on different months and who here uses the word stylist when they are talking about their hair.
People are constantly asking me what color I use on my hair and where do I get it cut? Since I color and cut my own hair I do not fess up to strangers as it's so much fun to go through life feeling good about yourself and not having to tell. It's my beauty secret! I have had more compliments in these past few years than I have in my entire life and I do have to thank you for that.
Wigsway co.uk site says they are based in the UK, whilst their. Com site says they are based in the U.S.; meanwhile wigway.com advises that they are based in Australia. It is in fact a Hong Kong based scam, with web sites full of stolen photographs and a factory sending out trash. No one gets their money back (even cancer patients, and that's just sick). The only busy person in this company is the one that writes all of the 4 and 5 star reviews to try and get the average up... but his/her English is equally a little suspect in each one and they can't resist the sales pitch. You have been warned.
