I've bought many wigs from Wigsbuy and am very satisfied with the quality and styles overall. They have modern styles that look very expensive but are reasonably priced. I would recommend Wigsbuy to all of my friends looking to add some beautiful units to their collection. The only downside is that shipping can take a few weeks so you must be patient but the products are excellent overall.
This is ON of the best sites to get a nice quality wig or extensions for such a good price.
I picked out two wigs and ordered them with WigsBuy and received the second wig yesterday and it fitted me perfectly and loved my new look with both of them on me. The hair was a beautiful brown and the other darker brown with gold highlights over the wig.
Along with my wigs they sent me comb and hair clips and couple of nets also as a gift with my wigs. The quality of the hair and feel was just like real hair so Thank you WigsBuy. I will buy again from them with confidence of getting good value for my money.

My wig looked nothing like like the style I orders. Wig was not cut or styled, just hair. Spent $200.00 I am so angry and want a full refund.
The hair is super soft and very easy to work with. I have received so many compliments. The only thing is that I wish the very top had a little more density cuz it's a little thin, but I plan to order another one and just tell them that. I just love this hair! :)
I would like to say that up till now, i have had an excelant service from your team. I have ordered 3 items and got 2 of them. It was delivered in a good box, and the wig was as i imagined.at this time, i am waiting for the custom made wig, and i am very exited to see how it will be.

I bought a wig from this company, its the wrong color and does not resemble anything like the picture, I try calling, sending emails and no response. Don't buy from this company, they are frauds.
Just ordered a gown with wigsbuy.com. OMG, it was beautiful. I can't tell you the compliments I received on my wedding day. I did have to have it hemmed up to be the 3/4 length I wanted, but very good quality materials. Again perfect fit other than length. Will definitely recommend it to my friend!
Took a mont to get the wig. They send a wig with wrong color and the cut the bangs to short. Still waiting for e-mail for rerun shipping address. I paid $215 and they only wont to pay back $140 because they spend time preparing it. Why a customer need to pay for they mistake? This is a scam Chinese company. Please do not order so you will not have this problem

On 7/13/16 I made an order and the money was paid through PayPal withdrawn immediately from my account. I have received the email from PayPal on 7/14 and nothing from Wigsbuy. Sent them emails and no answer at all. I noticed that the order confirmation on their website does not omatch the color I ordered. I have no tracking information either. I have put a claim through PayPal and want my money back.

Had to return the purchase and they gave me a song and dance about how they had to pay for shipping and I got a discount so they could only give me about 15% back of my order. I went back and forth over and over explaining I too will have to pay for shipping and that companies only charge a restocking fee if any when you return an item that isn't worn. So they agreed to 75% but then never paid it, they said they could give me a coupon or an additional $5. Totally unethical. Would never do business or recommend to anyone!

I want to return a wig and get my money back, or at least, get a wig that fits me. None of the phone numbers work and the email is useless. No way to communicate with them. I feel cheated!

The wig I ordered was the wrong size. Tried to return it. Customer Service said I could not return it and they would give me $10 back for the wig. I wanted the full refund. This is a scam company. They should not be allowed to do business. Sad that our laws cannot shut down this company.

In 2015 I ordered two wigs from Wigsbuy and they were fantastic. Based on those purchases I then proceeded to order 7 synthetic wigs and 2 human hair wigs this year (2016). The human hair wigs are laughably called human hair but they feel like animal hair. They also do not resemble their pictures at all. I ordered these wigs in either #613 or #27/613. The colour differences are immense.
The synthetic hair feels great but the styles are terrible and they do not look anything like their pictures. Based on what I have received, Wigsbuy only seems to know how to make one style, which is flat top, flat sides and bangs. BTW, the bangs on my wigs are extremely sparse allowing the hairline to show. No way for me to cover up. Maybe a Rambo style headband?
If you want wigs like mine where the hair is sewn into the seams at odd angles then this is definitely the site for you.
PS: I live in Canada and the turnaround time from placing the order until receiving the wigs was anywhere from 3 weeks to 9 weeks. Patience DOES NOT pay off!

I was hesitant about ordering from wigsbuy. I have shopped online many times and have always steered clear of out of country businesses. I was looking for a long wavy wigs. I read several the reviews from different sites and decided to take a chance. I am so glad I did! The website was very user friendly, and customer service was very helpful and responded to an email I sent them within 13 hours. (There was no problem, I sent an email to make sure we were on track). I was/am completely satisfied with this company and my order. I would definitely purchase from them again!

Answer: The positive ones are fake reviews. Standard English is butchered in these reviews. They also write things we would not say like "i recommend site to all my friends to buy." These bad reviews are the honest ones because they have no reason to lie and no agenda to put money in this merchant's pocket. The bad ones are assuredly those who HAVE paid for horrible wigs that are poorly made. They write these reviews for two reasons: 1. It is cathartic getting the scam off their chests, and 2. To help and warn others. It is a waste of time to leave an honest review to help others knowing people will not believe them! For what reason do they have to lie?
