Very simple process. Only problem I had was that one of the items (gloves) I ordered was out of stock. Normally they would have shipped everything else in the order that was in stock, but they forgot to. When I called to see what the hold up was they got it shipped immediately with a free upgrade of the gloves that were out of stock to begin with.
