Most of what I received was great but some items like the water separator and the plug kit were wrong for my boat. It is hard to perceive that.

The gear lube I ordered was the correct product, but there wasn't enough of it (short 2-4 ounces) to fill the gearbox of my outboard motor. To complete the oil change I had to buy a comparable product in a local auto parts store. I'd have been better off not ordering online in the first place.
I ordered an alpha1 gen2 upper out drive seal unit #18-2644,. The delivery time was good and the order process was also good. The part I received was a Sierra #18-2644 seal kit, replaces 26-*******. In the kit their is one extra grease seal (small) similar to the seals for the vertical shaft seals but for what reason? Their was also 2 extra o rings I presume for the drive shaft. I was not looking for a universal fit kit and did not receive information as to what the extras were for. Is it a replacement for a change Merc. Unit or what?
