Surprised at the quality built into this transom mounted ladder. Seems very sturdy with a high polished finish. What I did not like was the "made in China" sticker I found under one of the steps. On the Garelick Mfg. Co.
Home page the very first line reads; "65 YEARS MADE IN THE U.S.A." I like the ladder and will not send it back but I would not have ordered it had I known it was a product of China.
Your company is outstanding as far as service and i cant hold you responsible for products made buy someone else,but it would be nice if you checked whats being shipped to us as custumers because the warrenty thats supposed to cover the items is a joke and they do not stand behind there product and we are stuck eating the cost and not getting anything in return.sorry but thats the truth.
