Ordering was simple, receiving it was simple. Installing it is simple. Replacing it with one purchased locally because it failed miserably was a pain. It ran for about twenty cycles. Never have I seen a bilge pump shaft separate in this fashion. I need some more parts now, but depending on how you handle this will determine whether I continue as a happy customer or take my business else ware.

I think I missed a free first aid kit that flashed on my screen.:-(
