So basically I ordered a pair of jeans. Never got a receipt or an order confirmation or anything at all. Eventually they just turned up at my house and it was a completely different pair of jeans and a different brand AND the wrong size. I contacted them for a refund and I've been ignored. Please let me know if anyone knows how to actually get in contact with them

Do not shop here. They have no exchange or refund policy. Instead you have to return the wrong sized item and receive a store credit to them purchase the item again. I purchased a size 8 shoe which is my normal size but these shoes were way too small. I purchased during the Afterpay sale so they were 25% off and were the only reason why I purchased them. When I asked for an exchange they informed me that I will have to return the shoes for $10 and then buy the shoes again without the discount. This is ridiculous, first and last time shopping here. I will be telling everyone I know never to shop here. I am not one to complain either but this is just ridiculous, I don't want anyone else to have to experience this.

Very bad customer experience with this woman call *! I ordered a crop top etc which came to me dirty and had a foul smell of body odour.
When I initially made a complaint they were not helpful at all and constantly dragged out resolving the matter.
After finally coming to the conclusion that this was their mistake, in the end i need to cover the costs in returning the item through post.
Very unprofessional in the way they conducted business & also size chart is not accurate at all.

Purchased a couple swimsuits. The sizing was all over the map and the quality was worse than bikinis I have ordered from amazon! Completely see-through and the one bikini that actually had padding it was a very obvious circle on each side of the top. Returns are even worse! At the time of purchase they had banners advertising free returns, come to find out that was a complete LIE and return shipping will cost me a minimum of $20 and in return I will only receive store credit... The clothing is garbage quality so I'm better off throwing out the bikinis. Stay away! I will stick to Lulus

Size chart is faulty. Basically every swim top will fit like an XS even an XL. Their customer service sucks, Grace will stop replying and never fix your problem, but not without first telling you that if you don't like the return policy to just keep the items, items that don't even fit. They need some customer service lessons and most importantly they need to fix their return policy because it's ridiculous that they refuse to give your YOUR money back on a purchase that was made based on a size chart that is not accurate at all.

I recently ordered $80.00 worth of swimwear from white fox. My package said it was delivered but It was not in my mailbox. Neither the mail carrier or White Fox are taking responsibility to SOME HOW reimburse or replace my order! Terrible customer care and they scammed me out of my hard earned money and they don't even seem to care. A quality company would have not blinked to replace a lost order. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND FORGET ABOUT THE CUSTOMER ONCE THEY RECEIVED IT! Not to mention their return policy is sneaky and you can't return thong bottoms if you ordered an incorrect size. THEY ARE SNAKES. Shop else wear.

On top of the amazing clothing quality, the customer service team was spot on. Answered quickly, helped completely, and were so lovely about some confusions I had. Love love love white fox

*This is a real review*. The first time i placed an order was in April 2019. I remember i spend around 600 CAD. As soon as i placed the order i searched for reviews about Whitefox and found myself here. The reviews here on this site literally made me cry and i was so anxious LOL. So i made sure i was in touch with the customer service and i followed up. I got my parcel in 5-6 working days as i live in Canada. I loved all the stuff i ordered except the swim wear as the sizes were a bit off for me so i returned those and was given store credit right away. So finally i used this store credit now for Black Friday sale and again the customer service was on point and my parcel would have gotten to me in 4 working days if DHL did not $#*! up. But anyhow i love this brand, the dresses are so cute and the swim wear is the best quality ever.

I honestly love White Fox Boutique! Would order pretty frequently if it wasnt for the custom charges by Canadian side.

I purchased three pairs of neon bikinis this summer and haven't been able to wear them until recently.
I wore a neon pink bikini to the pool and the bottoms completely faded and turned purple.

Should I not be wearing the bikinis in the pool because there's a little bit of chlorine? Am I just suppose to lounge in these bikinis?
So disappointed because they actually fit really well and they were so cute.

Not sure if I'll be purchasing future bikinis from this shop.
