Due to a small rip in the bike shorts I received, this rip created a large hole once I had tried them on. I emailed the White Fox team and asked what could be done about this, I was replied with kind apologies and great customer service.

I was panicking trying to find some last minute outfits for a festival coming up and Clare was incredibly helpful with answering my enquiries and was so fast to respond! She helped with sending the order so as to get my order here in time!

I followed their sizing guide and ordered my normal size accordingly. Everything came too big. Instead of being helpful they told me it was up to me to shop the clothes back which was $100 just for shipping! Will absolutely NEVER shop here again. Rude and unhelpful, and their sizes are inaccurate. Now I'm stuck with $120 worth of clothes that won't fit.

Sold out in 2 minutes. Please plan your stock levels better. Surely you know by now how many units are needed for the SDxWF drops. Do better. Or do a restock! That would be greatly appreciated. Selling out in 2 minutes isn't a good thing.

Was really happy with the checkout process today on White Fox. Typically with a SD x WFA release it is a mess and things are pulled out of your cart, however today was really easy and you were sent into a queue to checkout. This meant I could calmly review what I had purchased and not stress over losing what I had already chosen. Thanks White Fox!
