The whole process was nice, communication was great

1. The tracking number does not work at all, They gave an exotic tracking number once the items are claimed to be "shipped" but the link of the tracking number leads to a broken webpage
2. Difficult return experience, they intentionally made this process very time-consuming and frustrating to let their customers give up.

Great keyboard and fast delivery. Ordered to Germany and was so excited that it arrived so fast. Love my new M1W and can recommend everybody buying from whatgeek

Overall I found and received what I was searching for. And although I did expect a longer wait for my items to be delivered, the lack of package status updates made me impatient. I'd rather know where my package is and when to expect it, even if it ends up being a month long wait.

Everything was good. Shipping was good considering it came from China. Product was of good quality. I thought the knobs could have been a bit more solid (there was a bit of wiggle to them) but overall I'm really impressed with it's construction and how sturdy the unit it.
This isn't necessarily an issue, but because it was made after 2022, VIA wouldn't recognize the.json file and I had to flash a new firmware to it (Megalodon 16 Triple Knob). Which was a bit confusing for me. KeebMonkey Wiki had a guide for doing this (home / guides / kb16update) and I followed it and then downloaded and used the latest version of VIA (3.0.0)... and it worked! So it wasn't just plug and play... but if you can get past that, it is an amazing and powerful tool to help with your work flow. I highly reccomend it!

I was purchasing my first custom keyboard kit and switches and i had been eyeing some specific ones for a while, so it was great that it was super easy to find everything i wanted and i'm subsequently very happy with everything i've purchased, it all arrived relatively quickly. Looking forward to buying more from whatgeek!

I ordered a Miyoo Mini plus as a gift for my brother. It was a little slow to ship at first, but coming from overseas this was understandable. I voiced my concern and WhatGeek reached back out to me and gave me loads of information about the tracking of my device. They also made sure to reach back out again after I received it. Love that!

Took some time to arrive but with free shipping I am satisfied.

I thought it might be uncomfortable to use but truth be told it's perfectly fine for me and I didn't even have to get used to it. It's expensive but it's got the modern features to back up the cost the battery life is also pretty good.

One comment I need to make is the size, it's smaller than a normal mouse. I have smaller hands and I like small mice so it works for me but if you don't it might not be for you.

The product was very good for the price, shipping was free, although taking around 12 days, very good experience overall
