This was everything I was looking for in a product. It arrived well packaged and intact.
They say "free returns" but that is misleading. What they don't tell you is you are responsible for shipping fees if you need to return it. Since they are in China, it would cost me $75 to ship a $90 keyboard back. Therefore, it's not worth my return and I'm stuck with an item I don't need because they have a misleading return policy. Also, shipping time to receive my order was very slow because it's coming from overseas.
I bought an in item through this company which I have decided to return. Their website says to email them which I have done numerous times over the past 12 days, and they have ignored all my messages.
I suppose they'll probably wait until the 30 day return window is finished then message to say it's too late.

The package came in good shape and without issues. My problem is that it took so long to get to my doorstep. Usually when I order anything from China, it comes in a week tops. This time it took nearly two and a half. I would appreciate sending it through better delivery service next time.

Took ages to arrive. Turns out sending it back is impossible as you have to pay for postage back to China which costs an absolute wedge. Will never use again. Pure sheeeite.
Everything came quickly, undamaged and complete. I had no issue with removing keycaps or switches and changing them around, the keyboard is of supreme quality and I couldn't be more satisfied.
I love my keyboard! The only thing is sometimes to keys will stop working or a light won't work. I usually just turn the keyboard on and off and that fixes the issue!
