Ordered a Retroid Pocket 5, came with a free case. Also managed to get it a little bit cheaper as there was an offer on to buy it with an Anbernic controller. Took roughly about 2 weeks to get from China to UK.
Had 0 issues, really happy with WhatGeek and my purchase.

I pre-purchased the GPD win mini 2025 and the item was shipped two weeks later. It arrived in less than a week in France but thats where the issues arose. The first delivery attempt failed due to a zip code error. Two subsequent deliveries failed because the deliveryman called the wrong number twice! In total it took 7 days to get my order after the first failed delivery because the customer support of the delivery company was slow.
The ordered item arrived with small bruises on the cardboard box but no other issues with the device

Still no response from WhatGeek. Order placed March 11, no updates, no shipping, no support. Do better.

Orders are not updated, never sent 99.99% are force to Credit Card Charge Back, due to this company dodgie (money laundry probaly) practices, being reported to DEA, FTC and BBB, beware you could loose your money with a probability of 99.99%

Was looking for a handheld games console that played games like pack man, space invaders, Tetris, psp games like tekken, grand torismo and many more. Thanks to instagram I found the TrimUI smart pro. It was easy to find using the link from instagram and navigating the website was easy too.

You get to choose memory size and colours of console.

I oferderd the 128gb in white and it's what came in the post. It is light weight and easy to hold, the joysticks don't stick up to high and are super easy to move. You don't have to stretch your fingers to reach the trigger buttons. Plus the screen quality is brilliant.

Prices were very competitive, delivery quick considering from China and ordered during the festive period. It took about 10 days.
