You couldn't pay me to take anything from this company. They posted a photo on the other site of a gun in a holster that it won't even fit and Customer Service confirmed this and they still charge me a fee to send it back so it cost me 10 bucks to rent it for the day to find out it wouldn't even work. NEVER AGAIN!

Customer service is atrocious. Do yourself a favor and order a quality made holster some where else. Awful product We The scam artists is more like it.

Incompetent and condescending customer service
February 14, 2022

I was not going to do a review because we all make mistakes, things happen; "First world problems" I call them, but after I called and spoke to a Christine in "Customer service" I changed my mind. Woman was a complete insert-verb to me on the phone.

Long story short, I ordered a holster. Two hours later decided to cancel the order and emailed them asking to do so. I then received confirmation THE NEXT DAY that it was canceled.

One Week later, I am notified the holster was shipped and emailed them asking what gives. They told me, "You have to wait to get the holster then pay for the shipping and send it back and we will issue a refund".

So I am punished for staying in my lane and being squared? They started with a Lie and when I proved that to be incorrect was told too kick rocks. Wish I could post the recording, Christine was INSTANTLY hostile when told the situation and how I don't want to pay the shipping due to their error.

Also, I got the holster. Its cheap and the metal clip on the side is single point.

Spend $30 more and get a LAS or with a company that doesn't drops the ball on simplicity.

Poor customer service

WTP Claims to have excellent customer service. However I have not received that. I originally contacted them about a recently purchased holster and was told one the first call it (the holster) would probably need to be replaced. Now multiple phone calls, 14 emails and 12 replies 10 with pictures (more than a dozen altogether). They are still asking for more pictures. It appears that they don't intend to rectify the problem.

Ordered a gun belt on Cyber Monday November 29th and guess when it was delivered? Jan 6th... it seems they bit off more than they could chew as I received excuse after excuse on why it hasn't shipped yet.

All of these companies I placed orders with after the first week of December, even one(Groove Life) I placed on the 17th to be shipped to another state for the person who its going to and all of them delivered before Christmas except for We The Bit off more than we can chew People. Very disappointed and the remedy the issue, they send me a coozie when I don't drink alcohol nor carbonated bevs..

Rude and never sent items

I ordered December 1 for Christmas. A week before Christmas still wasn't sent. The lady on the phone Angela was rude and hung up on me when I said to just cancel my order. I just checked site again Dec 28, Items still not sent but they said it was canceled threw messages. We will see. I left a 1 star review on their 5 star site. When I submitted it said "Your review was sent successfully and is now waiting for our staff to publish it." So I am sure my 1 star ratting will not be published.

Crap Shipping

Crap shipping. I ordered a shirt a month in advance to get it in time for Christmas. Terrible communication on shipping and I still do not have the shirt and won't have it in time for Christmas. In this day in age, nothing in stock should take a month to ship. I have ordered things overseas that took less time ship. Incredibly disappointed and will not order from this company again.

Horrible

Ordered a sweatshirt and hoodie bullets. 1st, the sweatshirt took over a month. 2nd the strings on the hoodie were so frayed I couldn't get the hoodie bullets on. 3rd, it's crap quality. 4th I ordered a xl so I can wear stuff underneath. I'm 5'8" and when I raise my arm it's a belly shirt. How is that a xl?

These are great holsters at an affordable price. I have 5 or 6 holsters from them and they are all consistent in quality, form and retention. I've never had a belt clip break or kydex crack. I carry their holster almost daily and regularly loan them to my shooting students without issue. And their gun belt, for that style, is an excellent belt. Very sturdy and comfortable to wear even when not carrying.

I ordered 2 items the 27th of November I received half my order about a week before christmas. I wrote an email explaining this was a christmas present. I wrote this at 11pm at night. I got a response right away so I wrote right back. I realized I was talking to angela morris in real time. She ended up saying poor kevin didnt get his order life sucks. I really believe she was drunk. Well I still havent received it and they still have my money. Sorry it was angela morris that was so rude
