I try this company and never again is too much trouble and complications. I wait for my holster for 22 days and I live in Virginia not in Hawaii or someplace like that. The holster was decent for the price but never again. I prefer other companies or my local gun shop and prevent headaches.

Super bad quality

I got a glock 19 kydex holster carbon fiber color. First of all they are nothing like the pictures very cheap plastic as soon as you tuk them in the belt impossible to put your gun back in the holster because it becomes sandwich as soon as you draw. And now i am returning it second day i hv received and they are charging me $5 for handling fees on top of the return shipping fee. Dont buy this trash for real guy beware they running a scam they will offer you whole bunch of discounts to sell their cheap $#*! holsters. Dont fall for it. 100% Satisfied Guarantee MY $#*!

This is by far the worst customer service I've ever come across with a company. There is ZERO chance their website has all of those 5 star reviews. I ordered 200 dollars worth of products from them 40 days ago and they haven't even been shipped yet. They have no accreditation from the BBB. Order your holsters and patriotic items from ANYWHERE BUT THEM. When you email them you get a garbage bot response and if a person does happen to respond, they have a horrible attitude. I'm sure this isn't actually an American company- seems foreign to me. If you order for the holidays you will NOT get it by Christmas. If my items don't ship today I'm filing fraud charges with my bank.

Complete TRASH

This holster looks like a hot turd. They did a fantastic job of sandwiching it between two phone books while someone sat on top of it to form it to the gun. Great job covering the edge of the rear sight against the sweat shield too! The finish work is atrocious, hard edges that just look bad. On top of it all, they want to charge a return fee? F*CK YOU! The only thing "custom" about this holster is how they custom tailor their business to screw customers

Have bought a few things from them, largely because they claim to be made in the USA. The holster has broken twice, scuffs the gun, and they refuse to warranty it the second time -- when it broke within the same year. Instead, send a link to 'order the parts.' Their items are supposed to be made for daily carry but they don't hold up to it.

Terrible holster
September 11, 2022

I purchased a holster from WTP for my S&W 9mm. It took a month to get it. The quality of the holder was not snug enough to keep my pistol from falling out, and has no liner to keep from scarring the body of my pistol. The bracket that holds it on is made of plastic and the screws would not stay tight once I positioned my gun at the angle I wanted to use. When I would draw my pistol from the holster, most the time the clip would not hold and the entire holster would come out. This is not what you need to happen if your in an emergency situation. I called to get a return authorization, sent it back in the original package, with tracking #. They had received it for a week and I still had not gotten a refund, so I called. The lady told me that " she was behind because she was the only person handling returns and I would have a credit in a couple days! It still took another week before I was credited and then I received an email from them saying it could be a week more before it was actually credited to my account. Clearly they are understaffed or have a huge amount of refunds, either way, I would NOT recommend buying from this company!

I am not the only one

After 3 weeks waiting for the delivery of my order and two emails sent from me to know when the holster and security device would be sent,... it finaly arrived, but, for a change, they sent the holster for a left-hand shooter, althoug the envelope and the descrption outside of the envelope says right holster. The good news is that I know to draw a pistol with both hands... but you can imagine that I was left-handed.
After this experience, which was more like a test to make another possible purchases, my experience has not been the best, if not the worst, and inmy personal opinion is that yours do not represent, not by far, the customer satisfaction of those like me. That we make responsible use of the second amendment.

Purchased an IWB holster for my Springfield Atmory Hellcat RFP.

The good: Fits well, good retention. The holster itself is good quality. The belt attachment offers some degree of adjustment as needed. I'm a bit concerned how long the belt clip will last - but Amazon has every kind of belt clip one could want, and I'm about to start making Kydex holsters (it's not complicated YouTube is your friend).

The bad: Shipping took forever (1 month to the day), which is apparently the norm for WTP, although their website promises two weeks at the longest.

Customer service is a joke. I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone at WTP, so I sent an email. The author of the reply was very curt and clearly annoyed. When I sent the info to identify my order, the reply provided absolutely no useful or order-specific information and instead was a very general, apparently stock reply. "We regret… overwhelming amount of orders… should ship soon… please be patient" etc.

I paid the extra money to have my holster made in the Texas flag design. Quality control is lacking - it shouldn't be too difficult to center the flag design to capture the star in the Texas flag so that it can be identified as the Texas flag. On mine, two tiny points of the star can be seen on the back side of the holster. One side is white, the other blue. Maybe it's the Chilean flag, maybe it's the Texas flag, might just be some spare red, white & blue kydex they had lying around.

Overall, decent holster. Shipping, customer service terrible. Quality control - nonexistent. Constant bombardment of 2-3 emails every day advertising WTP's products - highly annoying.

Will I be a WTP customer for life? Don't count on it.

Bad fit, bad service, Very bad experience

Sent message to ensure correct fit for firearm. Took over 3 weeks to ship. When it got here the gun will not fit! Even after I asked for the correct holster for the exact model I own. The belt I bought fits like an elastic band. I ordered a waist 38-40. Jeans are 36 and I cannot even connect it without the holster. Very disappointed. Now nothing I ordered worked out for me and I have to pay return shipping. This is piss poor customer service I recommend reading other reviews and buying ANYWHERE else. BUYER BEWARE! Signed frustrated veteran

Steals your money

Their website states that you can cancel an order within 24 hours. Well, I cancelled an order a couple hours after placing it. Instead of cancelling the order, they rapidly processed it and shipped it out. I emailed them stating that I had cancelled the order and was told to go ahead and do a return for refund. I did not open the item packaging when I received it, did a return/refund request and emailed them that I expected a FULL refund, and I should not be charged a restocking fee, as it was not my fault that they did not cancel the order, and that it does not cost almost $4 to put an unopened item back on the shelf. Guess what. Just got my refund. They charged me return shipping and a restocking fee. These people are basically out to steal your money.

Not a company concerned with the people

Purchased a holster for my S&W M&P Shield. The holster itself is good quality, but that is where the praise ends. Shipping took WAY too long. I ordered my holster with the claw, which they do not attach. Their excuse is they do this so you can customize the holster to your liking. This is both asinine and lazy because if I can install the holster, I can also easily adjust an accessory that is always attached. The claw is a single point attachment, which does not get a vote of confidence from me, and when I received my claw in a sealed package it was missing parts. Getting replacement parts has been difficult. Hell, getting a timely response from customer service is harder than counting a hen's teeth. Steer clear of this lackluster company!

Don't wanna waste my time, but I will not purchase anything from these guys. I placed a big order, then added mystery shirts which are pictured in BLACK in a few places on their website & on my Purchase Receipt... Called them about 10 times (no return call) to tell them I was dissatisfied. They could give a BLEEP. They told me tough luck. I have spent a lot my hard earned money with these people... Never again... No more of my dinero... They are probably owned by an offshore company... Be careful, sooner or later you will get burned by them

This is my experience with the company and you can judge based off your own but I called in and gave them very specific specs for my glock 35 with the streamlight and I ordered a magazine holster as well $80 for everything was not bad but expected it to b a solid holster however this is very flimsy along with they sent me a holster for a streamlight that was not to the specifications that I asked for. The magazine holster was a completely different color
Needless to say it does not work for my weapon so I need to send it back after waiting for you 3 weeks for it to be built and sent to arrive is a long time. So I have to call back in and ask for a new one and spoke to a Desiree she was very rude and needless to say if she was happy to tell me there was an extra charger if I sent back both the magazine holster and holster for the gun. The charge would be shipping... I can see if I just did not want this anymore or found the product not to my liking I could pay for shipping and handling but you guys messed up off of the recorded phone call order. How is that my fault and why would I be charged for shipping twice. It is clear you do not care about the client and or really about the quality of your product

Disappointed

Very disappointed in this holster. I ordered 2 from this company for a p365 and a fn 509 the p365 had a good look on the pistol. But the 509 had no lock what do ever. I won't be using this company anymore. Also the p365 holster it jabs into ur stomach a good bit.

Do not buy their products or apply to their underpaid job offers. Owner will send death threats over skype messages and be scared to talk in person. All the products are designed by a college drop out with no product design experience. Very cheap and horribly ran business.

I purchased a WTP Holster for my Glock 42. I wore it for 1 day and it was very comfortable so I ordered two more for my other Glocks. The next day the clip broke while wearing it. WTP sent me a new clip. I installed it and that one lasted 1 day. When I received my other 2 holsters, one of the clips was already broken. I called WTP and I told them to send me a return label because their holsters are coming back because they are a cheap unreliable holster. I sent them all back. Two weeks later I received and email stating it was credited but it wasn't showing in my account and my total purchase price for each order was short approximately $5. They said it was because I had to pay for the return label and handling back to them! I've been in LE and Retired Military for 30 years. I've carried a gun my entire adult life and this holster is the worst holster I've ever worn. Cheap, unsafe, unreliable! Do not buy this holster! I told them if they replaced the clip with a metal clip it would be a better holster. They said that they hear that all the time... well, why don't you do it then before someone gets hurt or killed using your product? I will never deal with them again!
