Customer service poor, Holster very bulky

I bought an IWB holster for my Glock 19 back in March this year ('23), almost immediately did not like how bulky the holster is (the clip sticks out so far!) And just how miserable it is to adjust the clip to give it some cant (0⁰ normally). If you adjust the cant at ALL, the clip will NOT hold onto your belt correctly. Scared the crap out of me when I went to draw once and the holster came out with it. I'm using a 1.5" Nexbelt for anyone wondering. Also, the customer service sucks. I emailed them with my distresses and never even got a response acknowledging it. I think they're just riding the wave of new CCW's who Google holsters, see them, and go with it because "oh cool business name". They are NOT worth it!

I own two of there holsters and haven't had any issues both have great retention and fit. I believe people are expecting too much from a mass produced holster that cost $60 or less. Not sure what people expect. If you want a custom holster with perfect fit and finish your looking at spending $150-$200 and waiting 3-4 months before you receive it. I purchased holsters at txc and Odin and both were great quality but 3-4 times the cost. Even tier 1 holsters can reach around $150 loaded out..

I've been waiting sense March 1 for my belt and t shirt to ship and it's still on the "processing" stage. I understand if a holster needs to take a bit of time to ship out but something they should have on a shelf should be going out asap! I've emailed them a couple times and got no response, so then I messaged them on messenger and that worked better they wrote back rite away (live). They pretty much said we're doing everything we can and have a nice day. There customer service and shipping methods are going to be the death of them! Not happy about these wait times and I prob won't be buying from them again…

Alright, do I ordered a shirt that was supposed to be $10 and ended up being over $20 and got another charge for over $10. So I immediately contacted We The People Holsters about it and they said if my orders hasn't shipped yet they'll be able to process my refund. So I assured them that it hasn't been processing yet. I literally contacted them within minutes of the charges hitting my bank. It's been almost 2 months and I still haven't received my refund. Everytime I contact them. All I get is it's been processed and a different department is handling it. But they won't get me in touch with said department. I'm actually being generous giving them 2 stars.

I will never buy from this company again!

"We the people holsters" has to be the worst business I've dealt with as far as customer service and professionalism goes. I ordered three items from them and over two weeks later I still have no merchandise, no response to my many attempts to reach out about my purchase, no tracking information and all I get when trying to contact them is an automated text message saying that my stuff is still at their premises after two weeks and when I try to call I get a message that says I've reached out to them after their normal business hours which are 9am-5pm everyday at different times all within their business hours. So I dont know if they're going out of business or just that much unprofessional, but all I know is that I will never buy from this company again!

Horrible company

Horrible company to deal with. Cocky customer service. Takes 4-8 day for delivery after it's sent out. Now it's sitting in my local post office for 4 days. I think it time for them to research a new shipping company. What company takes that long. Maybe coming from china I expect that. The customer service rep wasn't interested in helping at all. Just giving excuses after excuses pretty much there's nothing I can do about it. She says. This is an American company? I'd be ashamed to work for them. Hope they go bankrupt

Restock rip off

Order my holster, they send the WRONG one, I sent back to get replaced with the correct one, they charged my CC 35% RESTOCKING FEE. NO WAY! And they have not sent the replacement holster either. They will not take phone calls and have not returned any emails, about 20 so far.

Wish I had found this review site first

I did not expect anything of amazing quality from this company, I own many holsters for different purposes, both high/not so high quality/$ and in this case I just wanted a cheap kydex shell to keep a pistol in my truck console. WTPH had the cheapest I could find online. What I wish I had known was that the processing/shipping times are a joke and so is the customer service. I don't know who's writing the reviews on their website, they're all 5 star and yet somehow I was never offered an opportunity to post one about my purchase. I ordered my holster on 12/12/22, it said 14 business day processing time, so when I hadn't received an update on 1/6/23 I emailed customer service. I got a reply 3 days later saying they were experiencing "unexpectedly high demand". The holster was finally delivered 1/18/23. Technically I received what I paid for and am satisfied with what I got for the price but wow their service and lead times are a freaking joke, total amateur hour.

Says lifetime warranty but i guess not..

I bought 2 holsters from them for the same firearm. They both broke. I contacted them and they said it was for the firearm but not laser. So they refunded me for one. And when i aked for the refund for the other i was told it was out of warranty

So they offer a 100% money back satisfaction guarantee but when I tried to return the item you can only do it from your previous order and they blocked it saying it was too late. I got the item less than 2 months ago and have been trying for weeks to get it returned. The guarantee is for 1 year. They are rude and unhelpful. Waited forever for my order and when It got past the 14 business days I started reaching out and they just said they are busy and there is no guarantee on time even tho I paid extra for the delivery to be expedited it still wasn't. Never ever again. I want to return this cheesy holster and get my money back. It clearly says 1 year

Lesson Learned

Absolutely horrible business. Ordered Nov. 24.2022. Finally received 29th, 2022 of December Nothing but excuses from WTP. I tried looking for a review page on their website, to know avail. From reading comments I see they screen what they want people to see. I also had a niece order on the 28th of November. Same issue. She finally received the zip up she ordered. She had paid 18 extra dollars to have bullets put on the strings of the hoody that weren't included. It's unfortunate because the items were nice once received. I wanted to buy from an AMERICAN MADE company. Instead once I finally received a response they justify their horrible horrible actions. Buyers beware of this company. If u chose to order I recommend buying 2 months before u need the item! This is my first order to WE THE PEOPLE AND WILL BE THE LAST ODER TO WE THE PEOPLE!

Dangerous IWB holster

I'm not here to trash this company but to make sure customers know of a serious problem with one of the IWB holster for a Springfield XD 40 cal sub compact. The fit is perfect. The comfort level wearing it is excellent. Only one problem if you need to go to the restroom and drop your pants the pistol will fallout. Even running it will comeout. And tightening the one screw on it will not solve this extremely dangerous problem. I own a leather holster for my Glock 43x that is the best holsters I own. So this isn't the entire line they sell. But if my 40 cal had accidentally discharged I would probably not be alive today inorder to alert customers of theirs of this defect.

Ordered this product 12/3/2022 for Christmas. Today is Christmas and don't have. Contacted them a week ago and was advised ordered was sent over to be shipped. Well, that hasn't happened.
I have read reviews on this company. Pretty sad the way they operate. A lot of complaints on the holsters in which I am waiting on one. When I do get it, I don't care if it is good or bad. I will never deal with this company again. Why pay money for faster delivery when that take forever to ship.
I wished I had further searched the history of this business.
They got me this time but won't ever get a second chance. Sad to say but now I see why so much stuff is bought from China. This company gives the saying made in USA a bad name. Pathetic company.

Placed a christmas order and as of today I have not had one correspondence from We The People on the status of my order. Compare this with BRCC and Ninline...both of who confirmed the order, fullfilment and shipping status. I tried to follow up with WTP, but could not speak with anyone from the company, this includes being on hold for over 40 minutes! I will not recommend this company to anyone and would highly recommend that you chose another company to do business with.

Horrible communication and shipping

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I placed an order on November 28 and as of today, December 19, have not gotten a shipping email. I emailed asking when my order would ship and received no reply, so I spoke to them over the chat feature which I added in the pictures. Their answer was that they're busy and have no idea when the order I placed for Christmas presents will get here. If the person I spoke with had at least been decent about it and given me some kind of reasonable answer I wouldn't be so angry, but all he said is that they're busy, he doesn't know when it will ship, and happy holidays. The same thing happened when I ordered for Fathers Day, it took weeks to come in and I had to contact them to find out if it shipped because I never got a shipping email. Their website says fast shipping but that's a big ole load of crap. This place sucks.
