Ordered 6/9/25 - paid $15 for Expedited shipping. 6/21/25 I emailed them asking to a min. Refund the expedited (since clearly this wasn't expedited on ANY level). This is when I found out you have to wait 2-14 days AND THEN they'll ship it 2-5 Expedited. I was also told NO REFUNDS on Shipping. 7/5/25 website still showed no movement/not shipped so I emailed them to CANCEL the whole thing and refund everything down to the shipping since CLEARLY this was NOT EXPEDITED like I paid for. I received a response 7/10/25 saying "Nothing we can do it's already shipped" expected to be received 7/12/25. So when posed with shipping or refunding me, they shipped it hoping they could hold me to their bull$#*! refund policy. BUYER BEWARE! Never in my life have I paid for EXPEDITED shipping only to receive it in OVER 30 DAYS. Clearly this is some print on demand bull$#*!. Guaranteed you'll find someone on Amazon that can do it cheaper and deliver on their promise. RIDICULOUS COMPANY! - Check Reviews Online and Reviews on their website... clearly they pick/choose what goes on their website. Real reviews are online.

They lied to me about shipping after I made the order then when I wanted a refund, they said it was in transit, which was a because I checked the tracking number and it hasn't done nothing so they should be called. We are the liars instead of we are the people don't be fooled by these people. They're nothing but a bunch of liars.

This company customer service is terrible. I returned almost $200 of gear due to not fitting my firearm. They credited less than half of the items saying they didn't receive the full order back. Everything was returned in one box but since they didn't have a return code UPC for the second order they insisted it wasn't returned. Don't trust this company. Holsters are low quality and customer service will rip you off

I purchased a holster for a Sig 365, everything seemed legit and was excited about my purchase, but after a few weeks of not getting anything from the company, I tried to contact them, mainly to see how long it would take. It took forever to finally get someone on the line. I had no idea it would take months to get the holster, i would have never bought one from them if they told me it would take a while. After getting the holster, my gun did not fit correctly with my sight and light. I sent them multiple pictures of the problem and finally convinced them that it just didn't work, they finally said that they would send another one. After another 6 weeks or so, i received the new holster. I still had to do some modifications myself so that the gun would click into place, filing ect. I use the holster every once and a while, ended up getting another holster and belly belt that works much better. For the record, it's not a bad holster, they do a fine job but the customer service and the wait time for this holster was way beyond what it should have been. The main problem is that they don't say anything about how long or if there backed up or whatever the reason is. The guy i finally was able to talk to almost seemed agitated about my impatient, he just said that they are custom made and it takes a while. After reading some of the reviews (after my purchase), there seemed to be alot of the same complaints, that it just takes them forever to get you the product. There are too many good companies that make solid holsters, i will never buy from them again. Also, i would have left a review earlier but there's nowhere on there site to leave a review, only to preview other reviews.

I ordered an IWB leather holster on April 22. According to WTPH "tracking", it arrived in Houston on April 27, and was supposed to transfer from DHL to USPS. As of today, May 12, I do not have a holster; USPS & DHL are pointing fingers (and neither can provide tracking updates).

Six emails and two unanswered calls to WTPH have been made with NO response.

Fortunately, I make the majority of purchases of this nature using my AMEX. AMEX is first class in taking care of its customers. I provided the information, and AMEX immediately credited a refund to my card while they deal with WTPH.

Additionally, I filed a complaint with the BBB. It seems that my experience is a common one with this "business".

Caveat Emptor!

I didn't think a company could really be as bad a the reviews would lead you to believe but they truly do have the worst customer service I have ever had and they choose over inflated shipping charges for expedited service then give you the absolute slowest service available their return policy is terrible and after you pay so their fees you will most certainly take financial toll. Please avoid this company and your life will be much better

Horrible customer service. Will never buy from them again. I placed an order (2nd order) for the wrong holster by accident and immediately sent them an email that they read later in the day and then said sorry to late but you can return it. Had they read the email when it was sent they could have sent the correct item.

Worst customer service I've ever encountered

They received my returned unused holster on January 8 after I followed the directions on their website for a refund. It is now January 31 and they have not issued my refund nor have they responded to my three emails requesting status. This company is either completely incompetent or very unethical. Don't believe anything they say in their website about delivery times or refunds.

Their website says the holster will ship in 2-14 business days. After one month I contacted them requesting that they either ship my holster or cancel my order and refund my payment. A week later neither has happened. Don't waste your money as I apparently have.

Shipping takes forever

Neber order from these people! I ordered a large order on December 5 for my husband for Christmas gifts and it is still not here! It is January 7th! Ridiculous! I will never order from these people again!

Trash service

Ordered Nov 11, still haven't received it. They keep saying order issues but then send me 300 emails, 200 texts and YouTube videos talking about We the People deals on holsters before the holidays and get it for Christmas. I haven't even received the one I ordered before Thanksgiving. BS.

Poor Customer Service

Recently purchased holster from WTP lost a screw causing my firearm to plummet to the ground. No response to several emails and unable to get through by phone to their "customer" service. Would not recommend this company or their products.

AVOID LIKE PLAGUE

Placed my order over a month ago and it has not moved at all. Everytime I contact customer service they provide a BS automated response saying their processing take 14 days. This company is terrible and lacks transparency to their customers. Save your money and shop elsewhere. You'll never receive your order

Absolute garbage company

Ordered a holster over a month ago. Paid for expedited shipping. Still in PROCESSING. Called and spoke to the rudest customer service agent. She stated they had not even started to build it yet. Other than that, she had zero information and tried to turn the conversation into me having a problem versus the fact that they take customers' money, knowing they will not provide the product in the timeframe they set. They will take your money and not send your product. STAY AWAY. I will be canceling my order and looking for a reputable manufacturer.

I ordered an IWB holster for my Sig P365 when it was a relatively inexpensive purchase. First of all, it took about a month to get, which was ridiculous.

The holster was just okay, but the retention was a joke, virtually non-existent and no real adjustability.

I recently thought about ordering one for my newer P365XL, but the price has virtually doubled, and the shipping and quality issues with the poor retention options are the same per current reviews.

Vedder, Werkz, or Harry's Holsters are all very good holsters, reasonably priced, and far surpass anything We The People now has to offer.

I did find a use for my WTP holster. I bought the car holster mount and now use my old WTP holster for long drives. When I stop for a break, I simply transfer my Sig to o e of my other holsters.

The order for 2 shirts took over a month to arrive. I can buy from China faster than that and that's probably what they're doing. If you don't make shirts to stock don't sell them. Insight into a business that I wouldn't trust.

The slowest shipping and ZERO customer support

I could go on for days but i'm going to keep this short. I live in ohio. I ordered a holster from them that they said was made in texas. After waiting for it to be made and then waiting days for it to be shipped. I then watch it get shipped to California. It stays there for nearly a week. I have tried to get answers on why it's taking so long. And why it would be shipped to california before ohio. I, of course, inquired about what was taking so long But I of course got no reply. I guess why would they reply? They already got my money...ffs
