I called before the 30 days and was informed by Mike (at Westmore) that the product had already been sent out. I told Mike that I wanted to cancel I did not like or want the product and he said he cancelled and gave me a confirmation #. I hope Mike did cancel because after reading reviews you certainly have problems. I had a difficult time hearing Mike (Westmore) and did ask him to talk louder (and I do have exceptional hearing per my ENT) He made no attempt to speak louder. He NOT ONCE mentioned the 60 day money back guarantee and tried to get me to try a moisture spray for exfoliation. I told him no I was not interest... just wanted to stop the product shipping and not charge my account. I called my credit card company upon hanging up the phone with Mike(Westmore) and guess what THE NEW CHARGES ARE ALREADY POSTED AND FOR EVEN MORE! For Pete sake treat your customer better.
Back in March I seen the westmore advertisement for the body coverage. It sounded good i wanted to try it. I ordered now to my knowledge they didn't have anything but auto-ship. I admit I should have canceled it as soon as it came in. I ordered a 2.5 fl.oz. A month or two later they send me humongous 7fl.oz! Now I may have made a mistake but I know I didn't order that. Today I recieve another package from them and im afraid to open it. It was an okay product but no it didn't work like they said. I get online to cancel I get a bot then I get a live beauty tech. Kenneth. Then a camille. Now kenneth canceled me but i owe $94.6?! Because its installments! How can they get by with this? I admit I should've read the fine print. But who can read that? If it takes a lawyer to write it up it probably takes one to read it as well! Im sure nothing gets done much about these kind of things with so many companies doing this. But on the other hand. Every month I send things to my grandchildren from Amazon, and I have never ( so far) felt like they have tried to swindle money from me. I do however feel like ( my feelings) the westmore beauty company goes through a lot to insure you pay a very high price for not making sure you didn't hit auto-ship. I didn't ask for credit... i didn't want a verbal credit card. How many people know that this is a installment plan? Just asking this is so unprofessional. Its like they know they're product isn't going to make them the money they want so to insure they get rich quick they sink everything they have into each and every person they come across this way. It just makes me sick, not just for myself but for everyone who doesn't want to just call your order in so a rep. Wont try to talk you into a lot of other stuff you don't want. Its a high price to pay.
You cannot run fast enough away from these crooked SOB's. We had to cancel our credit card to avoid being charged anymore unjustified charges. We let our guard down and did not review the company or the product before falling prey to their deceptive evil tactics. Lesson learned! Do your research! Stay away from Westmore beauty!
I purchased an ad $67.68(3 reg. 3 free). Free items didn't receive but wasn't going to complain bcuz pandemic and people don't have water. I downloaded entire conversation with rep about canceling prior to 2nd shipment. Charged me anyway, received nothing which I told the rep. I wanted an email to sent my bank statement to show my charge. Rep refused to give me an email and said the next shipment was free and hung up(recorded that conversation). I received another package today unbeknownst to me with a 3rd charge of $67.68 now all in all this is my 2nd (canceled) order and never received what I was told but according to the statement it came with I still owe another 3rd installment of $67.68 mind you there charging over $25.00 for taxes +S/H and when I return I have to pay and will not get that money back for the 3rd time ($75.00) when supposedly it was free. Again I received between 2pkgs. 9 items all together and they refuse to give me answers on where to return, email addresses and who to speak to etc... Be careful this is not a joke and will bill you repeatedly if you received items or not... It's very sad I would have given that money to families in need of food, water, paper goods etc. Nice world we live in, Good Luck everyone..
This company is terrible. Do not sign up with them for their subscription. They say you are getting a "deal" but in reality they are overcharging for their products and when you try to cancel they say they have, but keep charging your credit card. I cancelled in May and have gotten 2 more charges in June and July. So basically they were trying to charge me $150.00 for one tube of body concealer. Disputing this with my credit card company because they wont help when you do get a hold of the company Beware! Don't waste your time or money. Very, very frustrating and fraudulent
Today I made my 3rd call to see why my refund has still not been received from my order on 3/9/20. My first call to a rep. On 3/24 said that my refund was already sent to my credit card. Call two on 4/23 said the same thing. Call number 3 made today on 7/9 said that I couldn't get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT ONLY INTENDS TO LURE YOU TO THEIR PRODUCTS WITH A CLAIM THAT YOU CAN RETURN ITEM AND GET MONEY BACK. AFTER READING REVIEWS, THIS IS COMMON FOR THEM.
I ordered a one time product. They charged me $64. Then, charged me again $204. I asked for refund. They said to return the product before can get my refund. The product was returned Jun. 17 and they said they haven't got it yet. Their customer service is really not good and helpful. WARNING! MAKE TO CANCEL THE ORDER SOON AS YOU GET THE FIRST ORDER. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU GET THE NEXT ITEM. VERY HARD TO GET REFUND.
I returned the Westmore, legg make, and today I received a partial credit, for the one they shipped to me with out my permission. I shipped the first tube along with the second one, because I sent them in the same box with the information on both, they can only give credit for one! What a bunch of crooks! The makeup looks like paste on your legs! I will tell everyone I know this is false advertisement!
Warning: This product is terrible, very light, does not cover like they show you on TV. And if you do try to layer it like they tell you, it does not dry and becomes very settled and cakey looking. Be warned, that the 60 day money back guarantee only relates to 30% of the price, even if you did not open something in your shipment.
Agree. Such a scam. Terrible product. Very light coverage and doesn't dry. Then they hide subscriptions. I have been charged for a tube daily now and no one will return my email in customer service. Stay away.
I CANNOT GET A HOLD OF ANYONE TO RETURN PRODUCTS. CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER ALWAYS CLOSED. CHAT SERVICE USELESS - AGENT CONNECTS THAT DISCONNECTS YOU. TERRIBLE COMPANY! STAY AWAY!
Everything in the negative reviews I read are correct and applied to me: Hiding their intent to scam you in the fine print, charging way too much for a three month supply that they ship after the first month, charging you even after you cancelled the subscription scam on the phone, no one to talk to, products that do not work, etc.

I purchased this Body Coverage to cover up spider veins on my legs, after applying 4 coats it didn't cover and has to dry for 10 minutes in between each coat. I don't have an hour or more to apply this! I sent it back and then tried to call to cancel future shipments because I thought it was $39.99 not $39.99 every 4 weeks with a new one arriving every 4 months. I waited 30 minutes on hold to get through then had to be firm with the young lady ( I'm sure just doing her job) that I wanted to cancel and DID NOT WANT TO BE CHARGED AGAIN. I was told I would receive a refund when they receive my return, which is fair I just hope it's true.
Wow I can't complain about shipping because of covid19. But I was so excited when it finally got here. Got in the shower exfoliated dried off and tried it. I felt dried out and it looked fake. It didn't cover any marks or imperfections. I have very light bruises on my leg and some veins. They showed up even more. I have to put about 6 layers to cover up. And it makes it look even more fake. The colors are weird and not natural. I tried the bronze because Iam a very light skinned black woman. No one is that color bronze. Then I tried the tinted eye cream it gets worse. It made my eye area look dry and unnatural. Iam scared to try the brow gel. They also put me on auto ship before the first product came. I will call today to stop shipment. This is one of the many tv scams that should be called out.
Buyer beware... they won't let me cancel! I no longer want the membership and when I called to cancel they said they couldn't cancel me until my next box arrived. Why? Then they charged my credit card AGAIN for another box of items I don't want. They hit my credit card twice in two days! Terrible!
The product gets on everything. It looks very dense and fake. I've spent literally hours trying to cancel. They says it's cancelled and they will send a return label for yet another product shipment. But nope. Just hit my credit card again.
You could still see my markes on me, didn't cover them up. Then it took well over 2 months to get my money back, then not all of it was refunded. Not satisfied!
Never received my order. Called customer service. Woman could not understand we did not receive package. When I asked for someone with better English skills, she hung up on me after waiting over 30 minutes on hold. Doing a charge back through my bank now.
I bought the dark formula in large tube. They sent me the light formula. Does not work. They mailed me a tiny tube of dark formula. I returned large tube and they say they never received it. Stop billing me for $130.00.
Good luck trying to speak to a human at this company. I had to text chat. They don't tell you in the advertising that you can not use any moisturizers for 24 hours before using. I do NOT recommend doing business with this company. Hype!
Answer: If a little product gets on my clothes, I just use a little warm water with a drop of Dawn and wash it out by hand.
Answer: No, I never used it due to the pandemic, as I didn't go on vacation.
